We had a lovely breakfast experience at Royal Central Hotel The Palm! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our morning even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Joseph and Rosaly for their outstanding service, kindness, and warm hospitality. They made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Their smiles and positive attitudes made a big difference in our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful breakfast with great service! We will definitely come back. ❤️

Me and my partner have just returned from 8 nights at this hotel and our experience was incredible. Firstly I want to talk about how friendly and accommodating the staff are at the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after and remember little touches such as how you have your coffee in the morning to preparing your favourite cocktail. Shila in the restaurant on an evening was always so incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed all inclusive and the food was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten at an all inclusive. There was always a salad option, fruit, desserts and a selection of main meals which always included a variety of meat and fish as well as a different live station each day preparing different food. My favourite of the stay was the chicken tacos. |Breakfast was always delicious too. Again there was a live station preparing different types of eggs and there was always a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, fruit and hot food such as sausage and bacon. |The pool bar served food from 12-5pm and this was a different selection of light bites each day as well as a pasta option. We ate from here 3 times and again the food was outstanding. |There was plenty of option and variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and staff were always attentive at replenishing drinks and delivering them to our sun beds. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean and spacious. The room included a fridge, safe, iron and ironing board as well as toiletries which was perfect because I’d forgotten some stuff! We stayed on the side of the hotel and had a partial sea view which meant our balcony was a bit small but it was great for drying clothes as it was far too hot to sit out. Our room was always topped up with bottles of water and the cleaner always did a fantastic job and making the room absolutely spotless. On the evening of my birthday I returned to the room to a dessert with a birthday message and a card which was a lovely touch and really thoughtful. The hotel is right on the beach and has plenty of sun loungers and this was the same for around the pool, we never struggled to get a sun bed. |We did choose to spend more time by the pool as the pool was cold, so more refreshing after sitting in the sun. Because the palm is a man made island there’s not much movement of the sea so it is very warm, the sand can also be quite rough to get in and out of the sea. The hotel is located on the eastern side of the Palm so it can take about 30 minutes to reach the main land. On the journey you pass some incredible hotels like both Atlantis hotels. It’s very easy to get a taxi from the hotel but price varies depending on the time of day. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is there’s no where to sit past 10.30pm and have a drink. The pool bar stops serving at 8pm and the restaurant shuts at 10.30pm meaning there is no where to sit and have a drink or play a card game meaning if you didn’t go out into the city, you were back up to your room. All in all this was an absolutely fantastic stay and has left us with some amazing memories of Dubai that we can’t wait to return. This hotel really is a hidden gem!

Nice location if you want to visit the palms. Hotel is ok,several restaurants and nice with direct beach access. Rooms ok, not huge but standard. Sea view is for sure recommended. I had some issues first night with poor communication but after clearing this out the service was good and everything worked smoothly. Good to see that feedback is taken into account. Recommended if you want a quiet relaxed location and venue. This is not party location.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful stay at Royal Central Hotel I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Central Hotel and would happily recommend it. I stayed for a full week, and from the beginning to the end, the experience was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable, and when I had a small issue with the shower, the hotel handled it immediately. They changed my room without any questions or hesitation, which I really appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone genuinely makes an effort to help and is always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Ilham, who was especially sweet, kind, and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and was always there whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a wonderful week here and felt very well taken care of. Five stars from me, thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

This was my second stay at Royal Central Hotel The Palm, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has everything I look for in a stay in Dubai: a fantastic location on the Palm, beautiful and comfortable surroundings, delicious food, and an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the team. Everyone is genuinely friendly, attentive and always ready to help. They really go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible, and you can feel that genuine hospitality throughout the entire hotel. A very special thank you to the wonderful team, and especially to Gabriel, Chad, Rosaly, Shila, Renato, Peter, Sangita, Dillip, Han Sagar and Satrudhan. Thank you for your smiles, kindness, attention and exceptional service. You truly helped make my stay magical. ❤️ It is rare to find a hotel where you return for a second visit and leave just as impressed as the first time. Royal Central has definitely become a place I would happily return to again. A wonderful hotel, an amazing team and an experience I can wholeheartedly recommend. I will definitely be back! 🌴✨

The location is fantastic, the room was spacious, and everything was clean and well maintained. My mother and I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
