From check-in to check-out, my experience was excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. I especially want to recognize Angel at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. She was kind, efficient, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. Thank you, Angel, for making my visit so pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at SLS Dubai and will definitely be returning! Room & View: The views are absolutely breathtaking. The balcony and seating area are beyond amazing—very spacious and perfectly comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom layout is stylish and modern, though just a heads-up that it’s quite open, so you’ll want to drop the blinds at night for privacy. Dining: The food was exceptionally delicious, both from room service and at the Italian restaurant! Staff & Service: The hospitality here is top-notch. I would like to extend a special thanks to the team for their outstanding service and warm welcoming: Mina Ashraf (Front Office Manager) Hamdy Tristan A.J The hotel is amazing across the board. The only small improvement would be replacing/refreshing the blankets and towels—doing so would make this a flawless 10/10 stay. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable experience!

Had a great stay at SLS Dubai. The Signature Room with the balcony was fantastic—spacious, modern, and offered an incredible panoramic view of the Dubai skyline. The rooftop pool area is easily one of the best highlights of the property, with an amazing atmosphere and views. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. The only minor downside is that the elevators can get a bit slow during peak hours due to the sheer height of the building, but the staff was efficient and friendly enough to make up for it. Definitely a solid luxury experience!

SLS Dubai – Simply My Favorite Hotel in Dubai I have stayed at SLS Dubai several times, and every visit continues to remind me why this is my favorite hotel in Dubai. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — the atmosphere, the design, the attention to detail, and above all, the exceptional level of hospitality. Everything about the experience deserves a 5-star rating: the rooms, cleanliness, location, facilities, restaurants, atmosphere, and most importantly, the service. The entire team consistently makes guests feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely valued. I would also like to give a very special mention to Sara from the Reception team. Her professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. Sara was always attentive to my requests and went out of her way to assist me whenever I needed anything. What I appreciate most is that her service feels genuine. She does not simply do her job — she makes you feel that your comfort and satisfaction truly matter. This kind of personal attention is exactly what makes a hotel memorable. Sara deserves the highest possible rating for her outstanding service and dedication. She is a wonderful representative of SLS Dubai, and I hope her efforts are recognized and appreciated by the management. I would especially like to thank Mr. Abdulla at the reception for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Upon arriving at SLS Dubai today, I initially wasn’t entirely satisfied with my room, but Mr. Abdulla went above and beyond to address my concerns and find a wonderful solution. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s only my first day here, but thanks to him, I can now look forward to the rest of my stay with a great feeling. This is exactly the kind of personal service that makes a luxury hotel truly stand out. Thank you, Mr. Abdulla!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with luxurious rooms, incredible views of the Burj Khalifa, and some of the best rooftop infinity pools in Dubai. The facilities are world-class, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. (SLS Hotels) What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Jim from the valet team. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on his face. Every time we arrived or left the hotel, he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His positive attitude and professionalism left a lasting impression. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, the atmosphere was luxurious yet comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend SLS Dubai to anyone looking for a five-star experience in Dubai.
