This hotel and its staff did a phenomenal job accommodating us. Above all a big thank you to our Butler Subash who was kind, helpful and super responsive. He made sure our stay went smooth and that we felt welcomed at every second. As Accor Diamond member the treatment was fantastic - our suite was designed to perfection, Dyptique cosmetics were great, the TV with Chromecast worked flawlessly. The lounge with happy hour was nice. Not incredibly luxurious but the drinks were very generous and tasty. Food at the beach was also very good.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but please take note of a few observations:1- Although I booked halfboard, I was informed upon checking in there is a consumption cap of 115 dhs per meal and I will be charged separately for water & beverages! 2- Room service is slow and I had to call twice for the same request at times. 3- The air conditioning of the lobby and the premier lounge is insufficient during daytime. 4- The beach closes at 18:00 while the sunset is past 19:00 On a positive note, I would like to thank Nancy at Priority check-in for being super hospitable & accommodating.

Stayed a week with my sister to celebrate our special birthdays. We had a lovely apartment in a block by the the hotel Spa. The hotel itself is great especially for those with families.. but breakfast buffet was busy & although not adverse to little ones.. but lots of them first thing in the morning.. wasn’t for me! We did manage to get a quiet corner.. and also use the Porterhouse (abit more adult)..The beach bar great for sundowners happy hour! |The pool also lovely as spent sometime in it trying to cool off! |Thank you to PJ & Samuel at the door … delightful and so helpful…Thank you. |Definitely try the speciality restaurants.. great food! |Thank you for a lovely stay … but can I suggest maybe to consider a adult only part of the buffet restaurant for those who don’t want to watch Peppa Pig on a iPad whilst eating… Thank you

We had a fantastic stay! Our One-Bedroom Apartment was very spacious and offered plenty of room for our family of four. The beautiful, Mediterranean-style resort is wonderfully landscaped, with lush greenery, spacious grounds and plenty of room to relax. Thanks to the Half Board Free Meals package, we enjoyed the dine-around concept and had delicious three-course dinners at the restaurants. The food was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to the very attentive staff, particularly Shaid at "The World Eatery", and the team at Moana Seafood Restaurant, which was our favourite dining experience and who created a perfect last evening for us. One minor point for improvement is the lunch menu at Maui Beach Bar, where the children's pizza was less than half the size of the one served at World Eatery. Overall, an excellent resort that we would highly recommend to families!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It is a lovely resort where you can truly enjoy spending quality time with your family. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. A special thank you to Ingyin at The World Eatery restaurant, who was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She deserves a 10/10 for her service and kindness! The only things that could be improved are the breakfast, which is almost the same every day and can become a little repetitive after a few days, and the mattress on the sofa bed, which was not very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are wonderful, and it is a beautiful family-friendly resort. We would be happy to come back!

I want to highlight a few people on my stay Teja from the Moana restaurant: what an exceptional waiter he is. He was very attentive from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. With such great recommendations we really enjoyed our meal. Thank you so much! Sainul from Bin Sina Pharmacy: he was so helpful, unfortunately I forgot my allergy tablets and reacted really bad to mosquito bites and he was so reassuring. He really helped us and would recommend him a million times over. Krishantha from the Replay: he’s so lovely, honest and a heart of gold. He was so attentive and gave fantastic hospitality. Catered to all our needs and made sure that we had a pleasant time. Such a heart of gold. Hamid from housekeeping: thank you for always greeting us with a smile and a conversation every morning. keeping our room immaculate! You really have made our stay even better! Overall thank you Sofitel and customer service for helping us. Especially Lorenzo who upgraded our room! I wish everyone all the best in their future endeavours!
