⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing and unhygienic experience at Telal Hotel Apartments. The biggest issue is the cockroach problem. I have seen cockroaches in multiple areas of the hotel and in my room, which is completely unacceptable for a property that is supposed to provide a clean and hygienic environment. This seriously raises concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and pest control. On top of that, I had a guest visiting me who had a valid Emirates ID but only had a digital/soft copy available. The hotel refused to allow my guest to enter unless the physical Emirates ID was presented. I asked the management to clarify whether this was a Dubai government/DET requirement or simply the hotel’s internal policy. I spoke with the manager, Mohmad Infas, but he was unable to show me any written hotel policy or official regulation stating that the physical Emirates ID was mandatory. Despite this, my guest was still refused entry. I completely understand the need for hotels to verify visitors and maintain security. However, if a physical ID is mandatory, the hotel should be able to clearly explain the basis for that requirement and provide the relevant written policy when asked. Poor hygiene, poor customer service, and a lack of transparency. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Studio apartment on third floor. Well furnished. Attention to detail. Clean. Nice bed. Buffet Breakfast and dinner was good. Staff was friendly. We had to keep the curtains closed since the view was not good. No bathtub even though it was mentioned in the amenities. The building is in Hor Al Anz area which is not the safest of neighborhoods which we came to know from friends later on. But our stay there was quite comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Telal Hotel Apartments in Dubai, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly accommodation. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome made me feel at home. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi—amenities that are often hit-or-miss in budget accommodations. The hotel’s location is very good, close to shops, restaurants, and offers parking availability, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. A standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional security provided by Mr. Abhesh, the hotel’s security in-charge. His vigilant yet friendly demeanor ensured a safe environment, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without concern. Overall, Telal Hotel Apartments offers outstanding value for money. The combination of clean, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and top-notch security makes it a prime choice for travelers seeking quality accommodations on a budget. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Pros: Very pleasant hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. In the spa, the steam room is free. The gym was great too compared to other hotel gyms. the area offers a wide variety of authentic cuisines like Egyptian, Moroccan, yamani, Iraqi etc. Cons: - the kitchen stove is very slow and does not heat properly which I understand since they don't want the hotel to burn down. - it is a bachelors area so you see a lot of random guys just sitting and smoking and staring at people. - 10-15 minutes walking to the metro. - you could see that the maintenance was not the best. it really felt like this place has a lot of potential but it's a bit rough on the edges. Overall I had a pleasant experience, and the amenities and it's closeness to the metro, makes it very worth it.

Place is good and clean You should improve on the Breakfast menu, they served us the same meal for all the days, no fresh juice on break fast or mineral water.

I had a highly disappointing stay at Telal Hotel Apartment. Despite the high price, basic amenities were lacking. They charge 5 AED for a small bottle of water, which is usually complimentary in most hotels. The room had no smart TV and the internet was painfully slow. The location is far from the metro, making it inconvenient to get around. Additionally, there was no washing machine in the apartment. The management was unprofessional and insisted on keeping my ID as a deposit, which was quite off-putting. The room also lacked a safety deposit box, and I noticed some of my items went missing during my stay which management said they can’t help. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this apartment. Staffs are friendly and Mr Cibi -sales manager was very helpful and gave me good rates. The apartment is very neat, clean and away from the busy main roads. Different choices of restaurant within a 5 min walk. The metro is 10-15 min walking distance, terminal 2 is only 10 min drive.
