We have stayed here regularly ahead of flying out of dublin airport. Easy to find just off the motorway. Parking while away is good value. Rooms are always spotless and a very good size. Shuttle bus goes every 20 minutes. We have eaten in the Italian restaurant on site and its always been very good.

We stayed here for a short visit to attend a concert, and it was an absolutely amazing hotel. Our Deluxe Double Room with a king-size bed was beautiful, and the bathroom and everything else was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly throughout our stay. The location is very convenient as it is close to the airport, and the hotel's shuttle bus service was excellent and readily available. We are already planning to visit again so we can explore more of the local area. Highly recommended!

We stayed here one night for the convenience of being close to the airport. The hotel offers a good shuttle service to and from the airport. The triple room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was really not good. It seems like there is a not enough staff. It was difficult to get a table that was clean. Only one coffee machine was working. Most of the food was gone at 8 am it it seemed like nobody was replacing anything. Overall the breakfast room and buffet seemed to small for such a huge hotel. If you need a place to stay for a night it is a good choice, but don’t count on the breakfast.

Overall this hotel is good. Location is convenient. It took 15 mins from hotel to airport at 8am (I could see quite a lot of traffic by that time). Italian kitchen is delicious. Hotel room is quiet and clean. Check in process is fast and efficient.

We were pleased with our room. When we arrived self check-in told us our room wasn't ready but a desk agent was able to quickly assign a room for us and we settled in well. We had dinner at the Playwright Bar and enjoyed the the food & the restaurant itself. Great service from both our server and the manager. The shuttle was very efficient for us. We didn't have to call anyone or wait very long going to or from the hotel to the airport. Drivers were friendly and assisted with luggage.

I stayed in one of the rooms with a King bed. Very comfortable. I arrived around 7:30pm and went down to the pub for a bite to eat. Food was lovely, staff friendly and hotel was modern and most importantly clean. I parked my car here for 10 days while on a holiday trip. They have a large shuttle bus and trip to airport takes about 15-20 mins. Would definitely come stay again. And I have, on my return, arrived in Dublin around 12:30am, and after grabbing my bag, made my way to the hotel to pick up my car. Didn't have to wait more than 10 mins or so for the shuttle bus. Decided to stay the night rather than trying to drive the 3 hour journey home. Another comfortable room and had a very nice breakfast. Plenty to choose from and staff are excellent.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom suite with Mom and sister. There was plenty of room to move around, but not much room for luggage. Note, there is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a safe! Beds were comfortable, but shower alternated from hot to cold. Shuttle was a great offer. It ran 24 hours so we actually used the shuttle to access the Dublin Express bus. We preferred that over the Uber option that we tried the first night and a bunch of additional charges were added that we weren't expecting. We aren't used to that in Canada. Online checkin was a nice plus too. We elected for an early checkin. It was an added cost, but worth it as we arrived quite early. Can only talk about the service in the restaurant and the Cafe. The Cafe was great! They took the time to look at the hot chocolate ingredients to see if it was gluten free. Luckily for me it was. Restaurant service was good, even though she was struggling a little with the rush of people from a canceled flight.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and were asked to pay €30 to check in 1.5 hours early (normal check-in is 14:00). That request was surprising, especially since our room was ready by 13:00 anyway. Maybe this is normal in Dublin, but it felt very unusual for someone coming from Canada. Other than that, the hotel has a great location and is very easy to access via shuttle from the airport and back. The rooms are comfortable, and despite being an airport hotel, it’s surprisingly quiet. The restaurant is also excellent.
