Lovely hotel! The atmosphere is very relaxing. The spa is a wonderfu retreat and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed and bedding! The breakfast buffet was the perfect way to start your day touring Dublin. Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed at the IHG hotel in Dublin on numerous occasions, and the experience is consistently exceptional. It has become one of our favourite places to stay in Dublin, not only because of the quality and comfort of the hotel, but because of the genuinely outstanding level of personal service. What particularly distinguishes the hotel is how well the team gets to know and look after returning guests. They know our favourite room and remember our individual preferences, which makes every return visit feel wonderfully familiar and effortless. That degree of attention to detail and personal recognition is increasingly rare and makes such a difference. The team are consistently warm, welcoming, professional and attentive, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. From arrival through to departure, there is a real sense that guest experience matters. The rooms are beautifully maintained, comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel's Dublin location makes it an excellent base for both business and leisure. It is the combination of excellent standards, genuine hospitality and thoughtful, personalised service that keeps us returning. Knowing that the team remembers us, our favourite room and the little details that make our stay particularly enjoyable creates a true sense of being welcomed back rather than simply checking into a hotel. A consistently excellent experience and a hotel we are always delighted to return to. Highly recommended.

This is a really lovely hotel with friendly and attentive, helpful staff. Breakfast is a delight with so many options. The room was beautiful and the separate bedroom from lounge was ideal. Bathroom is well-equipped and the shower was excellent. Loved the service and food at dinner too. Absolutely brilliant.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Intercontinental Dublin and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail was obvious. The fabrics throughout the room were plush and luxurious, giving the space a genuinely elegant feel rather than a standard hotel look. The bathroom was a highlight, with excellent water pressure that made every shower feel like a treat. The walk in closet was surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to unpack properly instead of living out of a suitcase. The bed itself was wonderfully comfortable, and combined with how quiet the hotel was, we consistently had some of the best sleep we have had while traveling. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a wide selection and consistently high quality that made it something we looked forward to daily. Service throughout the hotel matched the surroundings, especially at the front desk, where the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely well taken care of during our entire stay. For anyone heading to a match at Aviva Stadium, the location cannot be beat. Being able to walk to the game and return to such a comfortable, quiet hotel afterward made the whole trip that much better. Between the beautiful rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable location, we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Dublin.

Our family had an exceptional experience at the InterContinental Dublin, and the level of service truly stood out. Before we even arrived, Courtney Lopes showed incredible attention to detail by asking the age of our grandson so the hotel could prepare appropriate amenities for him, including a properly sized bathrobe. That thoughtful gesture immediately showed us how much care the staff puts into the guest experience. We were also extremely grateful to Jason Sousa, Reservations Supervisor, for the kindness he showed my daughter and her husband, who had just been married in Scotland during our trip. Jason arranged an upgrade to a Junior Suite and made sure there was additional space for their young son. It was a wonderful surprise and made an already special family trip even more memorable. The communication throughout was prompt, warm, professional, and genuinely personal. We never felt like just another reservation. The entire team made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Jason, Courtney, and everyone at InterContinental Dublin for going above and beyond. This is exactly the kind of hospitality that makes us appreciate the IHG brand. An outstanding hotel, an exceptional staff, and an experience our family will remember for a very long time. Five stars without hesitation.

Always a pleasure. This hotel feels like home away from home. Having stayed here on multiple occasions including last weekend, it never disappoints. Incredibly clean and comfortable, the rooms are just stunning. We had breakfast in the newly revamped Simmons restaurant and I couldn't fault it. A special mention to Pierce at Front of House who was very efficient and made us feel so welcome. We will be back :)

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the lobby cafe is exquisite. Don’t miss the scones with cream and jam! The service is top notch. Thank you to all the staff…you made our stay truly special.

We had a fabulous experience today at the hotels afternoon tea. The staff were all very accommodating (particularly the lovely Andrea) and the food was fantastic. Every little detail was thought out and really made the day very special for us. Would definitely return for any family event as the hotel was kid and elderly friendly and everyone individually.
