The staff at this hotel were extremely nice. Even when they had a rush of people, they handled it well. They were also able to store milk for a baby in their fridge and would warm it for us no matter what time of day/night. They were very accommodating. This was also a great location in Dublin, you can easily walk anywhere. There is also a Dunnes food store close by.

The stars have stayed high due to the attentiveness of the staff, who throughout were kind, polite and helpful. Temple Bar is not where we'd usually choose to stay with our 2 kids, but as we had an event locally and it was all that was available we made do... Although we actually loved it for the convenience in terms of meals, shopping etc. The nightlife isn't our bag as we're in bed early with young kids, and gladly once the curtains are closed too really could be in any Premier Inn... No noise at all. The only letdown was the cleanliness of the room. We found some fruit and half a bottle of vodka under the bed from the previous occupant... They obviously had more fun than we did... Check the cleanliness of the room before you get settled in. Otherwise a pretty standard, albeit very expensive, Premier Inn. If you bring a car be prepared for the €20 for 24 hour charge - which is actually heavily discounted for guests - at the car park behind. A significant cost for us as we stayed 5 nights.

This was a wonderful choice for Dublin! We were in the middle of the all the fun! Great hotel—staff was super accommodating and friendly, the room was perfect with a lounging couch and a comfortable bed, large bathroom with a great shower and tub, a single handled sink with counter space, and a cute hair fixing area with a shelf outside the bathroom. The room was very quiet! Great breakfast buffet, too!

The staff in this hotel were so wonderful - friendly and extremely helpful! The location is great - right in the heart of Dublin. The mattresses could do with replacing as they are not comfy - if one of us moved the other was bounced around. The hotel is a bit tired and could maybe do with a bit of an update but really we had a great stay - the staff are wonderful!

Excellent stay at the premier in, room and bathroom were very clean and a great size, bed was super comfy. Location was right in the middle of the bars and restaurants with so much to do around us. Temple bar was a 5 minute walk away. Vanessa was so kind and helpful during check in and we were able to check in a few minutes early luckily. Breakfast was so lovely, great selection of food and drink including cooked breakfast options. This was one of the more affordable places to stay in Dublin so would definitely recommend 10/10 and Vanessa’s service was 10/10.

Location was great. Just on the edge of lively nightlife noise. So a good nights rest. |Unfortunately the reception is in the basement together with a bar and breakfast area. So it just felt not normal to check-in down there and then get back above ground to the rooms.|Breakfast items compared to other Premier Inns were basic and muddled. Coffee in one corner, juices in another. |The staff were very friendly.|Room was ok. Nice view of a wall!!|A lot more could be done with this place. Like upgrade the rooms to Prem Plus to make up for the basic feel of the whole place.

We stayed here around Halloween and absolutely loved the atmosphere, especially the Halloween themed decorations in the reception area. They created such a fun and welcoming vibe. All the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and considerate. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the warm hospitality.
