⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location, and the facilities were well looked after. Everything was well organised, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation and exceptional hospitality.

A rather modest experience for the price. My partner booked and paid €558 for our two-night stay, and given the price, we had naturally anticipated a certain standard of comfort and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the accommodations didn't quite reflect those expectations. The room featured linoleum flooring and a bed on wheels, both rather unexpected choices for accommodations in this price range. The bathroom was similarly modest, with a remarkably small sink, visible plumbing, and a window covered in plastic privacy film. While undoubtedly functional, the overall presentation lacked the refinement one might reasonably anticipate. The view offered a rather intimate perspective of the neighboring buildings and a small enclosed courtyard. Certainly practical, though hardly what one might describe as particularly inviting. The sound insulation also left much to be desired. Noise carried rather easily through the walls, making the room feel considerably less private and peaceful than one would hope, particularly at this price point. We appreciate that understated accommodations can have their own appeal. However, there is a distinction between thoughtfully executed simplicity and an experience that merely feels basic. At €279 per night, we had simply expected a little more consideration to have gone into the details.

Location-|We felt the hotel was central to the main attractions in Dublin. The Hop on Hop off buses are right outside the hotel, along with the bus stops from the airport. The bars and restaurants are close by. Really good location. Hotel-|We found the hotel clean, the reception area is really pretty. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. We got a deluxe room for the three of us - great size. Our only down fall was the lighting when trying to do your makeup using the big mirror, with three girls trying to get ready, the bathroom mirror couldn't be used all of the time. Great lighting in the bathroom! Our thermostat was password protected so we couldn't put the aircon on and the room got quite warm, but the window opened. No issues about the noise level, we couldn't hear anything in our room unless people walked by the door, and even then it wasn't loud. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Our stay was disappointing from the start, as we were told we would be contacted when a room was ready yet heard nothing and on returning found it still unavailable. The room we were then given was at the very end of the hotel with part of the route lacking lift access, which made carrying luggage genuinely impractical. When we requested to move, two maintenance staff discuss with the hotel staff member (Eduardo) our move joking remarks about the next room being just as far, and laughed about us, it was incredibly rude considering we were standing right behind them. The second room had heating that repeatedly failed, no extra blankets were provided and the hotel phones never worked, so every issue had to be handled in person, we waited for 20minutes or so of our holiday just to speak to a manager. Having travelled to more than 30 countries, this fell noticeably below four star standards and, despite raising everything with management, nothing was resolved and we still have no response to our complaint.

Arrived and was underwhelmed by our Deluxe room, fortunately after speaking to Andrew he sorted it out. We had two nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was busy on both mornings but staff worked efficiently to have service prompt and tidy. I understand the flooring choice at the hotel (although more functional than luxury hotel)as the pavements in Dublin are filthy. It was good to have a 12 noon checkout and our luggage safely stored until our departure.

Love, love, love. Really nice hotel, amazing staff and perfect location. I've never been to a hotel or restaurant where the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff look like they love their jobs which is really refreshing to see. Lots of staff, even on the breakfast shift. We only had breakfast but the choice and quality was top notch. I hope I get the chance to stay in this hotel, or another Riu. In Dublin the location was perfect, close enough to everything without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. 5 stars easily earned.

My first visit to Dublin and I couldn’t have stayed anywhere better. Staff friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Restaurant ideal and meals delicious . Well looked after by June and Mohammed amongst others. Bedroom was comfortable and clean with coffee and tea plus biscuits on tap! Michael in front of house always ready to help and most amusing! Altogether an excellent introduction to a beautiful city and I can’t wait to return to your charming hotel.

The staff are wonderful in terms of their service. The breakfast is gorgeous. The location is excellent too.
