The president Hotel is a beautiful beachfront hotel. The seaview rooms are spacious and have incredible views of the Adriatic Sea. The rooms are very clean. For such a large hotel the service is very personable. The concierge desk Sara and Nicolina were outstanding and so friendly. Sara went above and beyond to help us find just the right activity when the weather shifted, she took her time and was very informative . Matthieu at the front desk was our first introduction to the hotel and he was so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurants serve wonderful meals. Make sure you don’t miss the outstanding breakfast they offer every morning, fresh omelettes made to order, a fresh juice bar and so many other wonderful things. This property has swimmable beachfront area that also serves food and drinks. It does get very crowded, but we were always able to find seating. Hopefully, you get to meet Luka who was our server and was so positive and friendly and gave such excellent service. There is a restaurant and bar that are open 24 hours which was amazing during FIFA the service here also fantastic. The pool area is very large and has a great view.

extremely helpful and kind staff at registration and at breakfast. the facility was luxurious. the food was plentiful and with many choices. Beach access was provided. we saw lots of colorful fish from the pier. the bus to the old town was conveniently located across the street and since we were the first stop, we always had seating. easy ride with the swipe of a credit card to the Unesco old town.

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel, and there is a reason why we keep coming back. Everything is consistently excellent – from the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful location, comfortable rooms and relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly make a difference. Everyone is welcoming, professional and always willing to help, and we always feel genuinely well looked after. We would especially like to mention Ivan, Bruno and Vedran (Skål Takk!), who we had the pleasure of interacting with throughout our stay. They were always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and truly contributed to making our holiday even more enjoyable. Of course, all the other members of staff we met were wonderful as well. This time, our stay was even more special, and we would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Marić for making our visit such a memorable one. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy your holiday. The beach is beautiful, the service is excellent, and everything simply feels effortless from the moment you arrive. Once again, we had a fantastic stay, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome!

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall, the property is good and the location is convenient. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and bus number 6 takes you to the Old Town. Buses run every 15–20 minutes, making it easy to get around. We also had breakfast at the hotel. The spread was good, but the options for vegans and vegetarians were quite limited. Coming to the room, some maintenance and improvements are needed. The cupboard doors were loose and not properly fitted. Housekeeping was also below expectations. They mainly changed the towels, but the bedsheets were not changed, and the balcony was not cleaned despite being covered with leaves. The mattress was quite uncomfortable as well. Another issue was the inconsistent supply of drinking water. Bottles were not replenished daily, so we had to call housekeeping whenever we returned to the room. On one day, we were told that two bottles were provided per day, while on another day, we were told that only one bottle was allowed. We eventually received two bottles, but only after calling them. The Wi-Fi was also disappointing, with slow speeds. Overall, the hotel has a nice location and offers beautiful sea views from the room. However, improvements in housekeeping, room maintenance, mattress comfort, Wi-Fi connectivity, and guest service would make the stay much better.

I booked this trip last minute as I always do. I did my research, the sun was blazing here and the reviews for this hotel were superb. Thankfully I can now see why. I can honestly not find a single negative to mention and I travel a lot, stayed in some Belmont Hotels, Sandy Lane..so I not easily impressed. |The hotel has it all, location, friendly efficient staff who can not do enough for you. The rooms are spotless, fresh bottled water everyday, great products, robes, beach shoes and bag etc. |Oh and we booked the V rooms which made the holiday even more special and is highly recommend. I only noticed because of TripAdvisor. Made all the difference with airport transfer, own beach and pool beds, coffees and happy hour it the V lounge. |I’m planning to come back next year with my daughter. I booked direct too which was simple to do on line and then they have the app to communicate your every need. Get booking and come here you will not be disappointed!!!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at the President Hotel, Valamar Collection in Dubrovnik and had such a lovely stay. The location is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views across the Adriatic, waking up to that view every morning was definitely one of the highlights! Our room was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel has a really relaxed feel. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice, and we really enjoyed being able to sit and take in the views. The beach and pool areas are gorgeous too and were perfect for relaxing during the day. What really stood out though was the team. Everyone we came across was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very well looked after. The hotel is also a great base for exploring Dubrovnik. It was easy to get into the Old Town, but lovely to come back afterwards to somewhere quieter by the sea. We were there celebrating our anniversary, so it was a special trip for us and the hotel was a big part of making it so memorable. Beautiful hotel, stunning setting and genuinely lovely service. We were very sad to leave and would absolutely return. ❤️

This was our first trip to Croatia and Dubrovnik did not disappoint in anyway. The hotel is beautifully located for sunshine and great water. The beach is pebble but very well done. Breakfast is well worth it. There really are two stars of the show at this hotel. The sunsets!!! Cannot say enough about the beautiful views you will have staying here. Also Sara from the experience concierge is top notch. The way she listened to our family’s uninformed and somewhat chaotic attempt to find a great excursion that was family friendly and full of good memories was really exceptional. Ok ok i know what you’re gonna say…it’s just a concierge desk. No no. She helped use find the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation and remembered a passing comment about my birthday that resulted in delicious surprises 🍷 and 🎂 that truly were unexpected and thoughtful. So do not hesitate to bring your family (or just you and the significant other) because there is so much to do, and if you want to do nothing at all…well they have you covered.

The restaurant although pricey is good. The Breakfast is superb. At the La mar restaurant the food is good - may be the menu is a bit limitted but the service is wonderful. Rooms are very spacious, well layout. Above the pool is not that peaceful and quiet due to children are plentiful. Beach is nice yet overcrowded with beach lounges and it is a strugle to find one after 9.00 am.
