Just got back from a 10 night stay here. In a word SUPERB. We had a deluxe sea view suite for the 4 of us - 2 adults, 2 kids. The sound proofing of the room was brilliant - hardly heard a thing and all of us got a good sleep. The room was amazing as was the view over the Adriatic. Huge choice over breakfast, cooked or continental, egg bar, juices, cereal. Cleanliness was spot on - room was cleaned everyday - as were the restaurants and pool areas. Staff were unbelievably polite and friendly. Location is perfect. 3 min walk to the #6 bus and then 15mins into Old Town. There are loads of places to eat either in the hotel or near the bus stop. There is a beautiful coastal prominade walk which passes through the hotel which was lovely to walk along each evening. I've travelled a lot and this place was first class. You pay for what you get and we weren't disappointed.

This is the hotel to stay at if you are outside of the old city. The location and amenities are top notch. The large number of pools (including a roof top infinity pool 18+) and terraced grounds right down to the water can’t be beat. The parking is perfect and secure and free if you book online on their website. We loved the staff and amenities. Josko was really helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Would most definitely come back.

Beautiful spacious room with an excellent view of the sea. The only setback is that the bathtub did not come with an anti slip mat which can be a little slippery getting in and out. Staffs are so friendly and gracious. Breakfast spread is a little disappointing for a 5* hotel. The set up of items are quite messy eg the butter is not placed near the jam. The gluten free items placed in a corner that's not that obvious. The egg station is so far away outside with only 1 person handling so many egg orders.

The last time my family stayed at this hotel was 9 years ago. I wish we did not wait so long to come back as our stay this time was just like the last time….fantastic! The combination of hotel amenities and location with incredible sea views are unparalleled. This hotel has everything for families with children of all ages but at a high level. You have great food at the breakfast buffet where they have a made-to-order egg bar and coffee bar which was a big plus for my family. During the evening, we frequented the Crown Grill Steakhouse at the hotel where we enjoyed great cuts of meat. You have the ability to swim at the hotel pool or at the sea in front of the hotel. You can work out at the fitness gym in the hotel. There is also a promenade between the hotel and sea which we used to go swimming in the sea and take walks in the evenings. The customer service at this hotel is top notch. The hotel personnel are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

We absolutely loved the Royal Princess Hotel! My biggest pro tip for anyone booking a stay here: definitely get a room with a sea view. The view is simply extraordinary, it relaxes, and the slight price difference is worth every single cent. The room itself was very large and spacious, which we appreciated immensely. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, and the prices are right on par with what you would find at any other restaurant nearby in Dubrovnik. Another huge plus is the beautiful coastal promenade. You can walk right along the sea, enjoying exceptional views all the way, pass by other restaurants, and stroll down the path. The hotel truly has everything you need. The complex is quite large, featuring multiple restaurants, bars, and beautiful pools (both indoor and outdoor). I also really loved the beautifully arranged terraced spaces on the rocks by the sea, which are perfect for lounging and jumping straight into the water. We were very satisfied with our entire experience, including the location. If you want to visit the Old Town, you can easily catch a quick Uber and be there in no time. Personally, I don't think it's worth staying right in or immediately next to the Old Town just to be within walking distance. I actually find this location much better than being in the busy Old Town, though of course, tastes differ. All in all, it was an extraordinary experience. I would return here anytime!

We had an amazing two-night stay at the Royal Princess with our family in the Presidential Suite. The suite exceeded our expectations — three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a huge living space, all beautifully renovated with modern, high-end finishes. There was so much room for our family that it felt more like having our own luxury residence in Dubrovnik while still enjoying all the services of a hotel. The staff were exceptional — friendly, professional, courteous and always willing to help. Everyone we encountered spoke excellent English as well as Croatian, which made everything effortless. Beautiful property, incredible views, outstanding suite and excellent service. If you’re travelling to Dubrovnik with a family or larger group, I highly recommend the Presidential Suite. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite. We booked hotel Neptun for one night, family room. We were upgraded to a larger family room at Hotel Princess; a very kind gesture. Lovely sea view room. Plenty of pools, bars and restaurants to choose from. Lovely toiletries in bathrooms and wellness centre. We will definitely recommend and visit again.

We just concluded a 5 night stay here. 1. This place is highly relaxing. We cancelled our trip to Montengro to stay another day here. Multiple pools and places to relax. The cliff jumping into the ocean is great. Do not worry about no beach if you can swim. 2. Service- had an issue with the room and the team dealt with it immediately and were supportive in rectifying the inconvenience in a fair way. Do not worry about issues with your room - spotless, our cleaner was great 3. View - get a Seaview room and do not look back. Pay the money 4. Allergens - my daughter has many allergies and the manager was great in addressing them through his breakfast team. We.felt safe. The royal terrace uses very few nuts and sesame (we saw none on international night) 5. Yasser (chef at terrace) is a gem. Never have I met a more humble and wanting to please chef. They are lucky to have such a great human working there. My family said it is their all time favorite vacation spot Considering what you are paying and what you are getting, the family of 4 room is a really good deal
