I would like to live in the Hotel Bernini Palace. What a lovely place. I stayed there for six nights in June before my son’s wedding in Impruneta. The staff is fantastic. I utilized the concierge service for about a zillion things and everyone was patient and accommodating. We had the rehearsal dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful and, again, the service was outstanding. I needed a gown and a silk suit pressed and the head of housekeeping made two trips to see me to make sure she knew what I wanted. My suit needed extra attention and whoever handled it got it completely right. |Both my sons stayed in the hotel as well. My older son’s suite was incredible and my younger son had a room across from mine and it was also lovely. |If I make it back to Florence I will absolutely stay at the Bernini Palace.

Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well.

Set right in the historic heart of the old town, the location is absolutely unbeatable and so convenient. You are within easy walking distance of major tourist attractions, wonderful local cafes, vibrant bars, and fantastic restaurants.From the moment we arrived, every single member of the team made us feel completely welcome and valued. The entire staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional, whether it was the friendly greeting at the doorstep, the attentive lobby managers, or the efficient bellboys handling our luggage with care. Their dedication to top-tier hospitality truly shines through every single interaction throughout the day.Our room was impressively large, wonderfully quiet, and very well equipped with everything needed for absolute comfort during our holiday. Stepping into the lobby reveals a lovely, charming space adorned with beautiful furnishings that ooze historic luxury, grandeur, and elegance.Mornings were a distinct highlight of our trip. The breakfast buffet was very complete, offering a huge array of delicious choices served in a magnificent, huge dining room featuring breathtaking ceiling paintings that make you feel like visiting royalty.If you want a truly luxurious, perfectly situated, and culturally rich retreat in the heart of Firenze with service that exceeds all expectations, look no further. Highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel was truly in the heart Florence! It had all the amenities and experiences one could imagine. The personal was supper attentive and always being friendly and helpful with eveything we needed. They had one of the best breakfast I ever experienced in a hotel. It was the typical breakfast but with a twist of all the Italian goods you are craving. The rooms were so beautifully decorated, it made you feel as if you were in a palace. The beds were extremely comfortable and felt refreshed the next time.

The rooms are very clean and superbly decorated and comfortable. Mini bar and tea & coffee facilities. Usb ports near the bed and a safe. The bathroom was mostly marble how wonderful! With a bath and shower and double sinks. Only downside was the view from the room was the hotel building.

Amazing hotel! We just stayed at the Bernini Palace in Florence, and everything was outstanding—from the perfect central location to the wonderful staff. A special shout-out to Lorenzo at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our group, especially since we arrived early after an overnight flight. All of the staff were fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus, and I also have to mention the AC—it was excellent! I was a little worried because Florence was experiencing a heat wave, but our room stayed perfectly comfortable.

The location was EXCELLENT- minutes to literally so many restaurants, shopping and just anything you could want. Hotel was beautiful, big room, beautiful bathroom and a very elegant dining room for breakfast. Absolutely stunning lobby to sit and relax or have a snack and a drink. Highly recommend this hotel

Great location in the historic center, but unfortunately, everything else leaves a lot to be desired, especially for a hotel that states it is a 5-star hotel. I had to take allergy pills every single day of the trip because there were dust bunnies under the bed, the housekeepers never cleaned under the bed or dusted the furniture. I asked the front desk to sen the cleaners and even so they did not clean under the bed nor the furniture. When we arrived there was hair in the shower box from previous guests. Breakfast was okay, but very repetitive. Moreover, we arrived later one day and asked the concierge if the bar was still open for food and he said it closed at 12am. At the bar, when I asked for the food menu, the bartenders were confused, gave me the wrong menu and said the kitchen closed at 10pm. When I told them what the concierge had said, they insisted the bar kitchen was closed. As I turned my back, I heard the woman working at the bar cuss in Italian, I guess she felt annoyed about having to work. Overall, the service was very disappointing and our stay was a mediocre experience at best. If you want to be a 5-star hotel, you should train your staff, focus on outstanding service, exceptionally clean rooms and going the extra mile as that is what makes a great hotel.
