Excellent hotel and superior value. Front desk personnel were outstanding! They graciously helped us store my daughter’s medicine in their refrigerator and our 3 large ice packs needed for transporting it later in their freezer. They returned to me a large amount of cash and my Apple Watch which I had left in the room after checking out. Our move sized room had a beautiful view of the Duomo, as does their excellent rooftop bar.

I had booked here because of the location which was excellent but I was extremely disappointed and not happy with my room. It must have been the smallest room in the hotel with a twin bed to sleep in and a small bathroom as well! Except for the location I do not recommend this hotel. There is also a rooftop bar that is not affiliated with the hotel. The views of the duomo and bell tower are great but anyone can go up there for a drink and the view. The first night I was in my room on the 4th floor there was an extremely loud group of I believe college students that were yelling on the 6th floor where the bar is located then after midnight they came running down the stairs to leave and were extremely loud as they left. It seems to be a hangout for college students and tourists.

Excellent location! Room was small but comfortable, the fan kept us cool and we slept well. I would recommend this place if you want a simple, clean hotel in the center of it all. We had no noise issues, we stayed on 4th floor. Also had no lift issues. Roof top bar had a great view. I would stay here again for a short stay in Florence. Luggage storage worked well.

Hotel is „in the process” of renovation…I think they couldn’t wait longer with refurbishment. First room was really like a broom closet, fortunately they switched for civilized option. Attention: no air condition, in June it was really tough! Location - perfect, right in the center of Florence.

It was noisy and extremely hot in April too! So summers going to be very hot. People constantly go up and down the stairs for the rooftop view and its very very noisy. I barely slept the nights I stayed here and totally regretted!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in April 2026. This hotel really has the bare minimum, giving suuuper budget friendly hotel. The best part is the wonderful Duomo view from the rooftop. You don’t have to buy anything but they do make sure you’re a guest of the hotel. The towels were literally paper thin, there’s barely any toiletries, and with it being in the city’s center, there’s constant noise all night and the walls are super thin. There was also loud construction going on outside at 4 in the morning!! I couldn’t believe it, I thought I was dreaming. There’s also no AC (at least when we stayed) so that meant we had to open the windows since it was so hot. No screens so mosquitos were biting me all night. Just a horrible stay overall and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Essential, clean, ideal central position to see all Firenze! The staff is super nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable 👌 There's no minibar (at least in the room we requested), and the reception has a steam iron if you need one. Breathtaking rooftop bar with one of the best views of the City!

Location is convenient, but the room is the worst. It’s old, there’s no air con, no shower curtains, small toilet. Also since no air con we need to open the window to sleep but it’s very noisy down there all night with trucks and trash disposal and music its hard to sleep
