It has been a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. The location was unbeatable, especially with the convenient connection to P5 Exit. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Hotel’s breakfast buffet was really delicious with local produce. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service from the staff. Mr Soejima kindly helped me with multiple requests, and resolved them swiftly and efficiently. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Hotel Nikko Fukuoka to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Fukuoka.

Excellent location, many restaurants and shopping centers around. Underground connection to metro which is definitely an advantage. However, the amenities is disappointing. Wellness centre including gym, swimming pool, sauna cost additional fee ¥4400 per day per person. I overlooked this charge when I booked the hotel which I think is just normal for a 4/5 stars hotel to provide these facilities to hotel guest at no additional cost. End up quite disappointing. I searched other similar grade hotels in the area, none of them charge extra for fitness centre. I consider fitness centre is very basic amenities for a 4/5 star hotel, so if this cost extra, there isn’t any amenities at all. Given the room rates they charge, I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on night 7, of our 7 Day Kyushu road trip. We chose Hotel Nikko for a number of reasons, price, proximity to the station, youtube reviews, plus 2 minutes walk from our Budget car rental drop off point at Gion. The lobby is stunning and check in staff were very helpful and friendly, and provide a refreshing towel! Our room was located on a higher level with views to Hakata station. The room, while a bit dated, is of decent size, with pillows and bed very comfortable. I believe some rooms are in the process of being refurbished. The hotel is connected directly to Hakata station via an underground tunnel, great if its raining. As our stay was quite brief and we had an early flight back to Tokyo the following morning, we did not visit any food and beverage outlets, nor have breakfast. Overall I highly recommend Hotel Nikko Fukuoka and would now be our go to hotel for future visits.

Perfect for me. I want to note the concierge service (Lilly (Hirose)) was so kind and patient and Fujimoto was great to me. I shyly asked for a number of requests and the hotel staff were so great for me (as a foreigner). My room was always clean and the cleaning staff was always lovely. I came in the summer and the P5 entrance was a life saver. (Note for foreigners: if you are under ground head towards Gion station and you will see P5 and that will take you to the hotel, it is great). Cards on the table: great place worth every yen!

The location is convenient, especially for airport access. However, if you’re traveling with several pieces of luggage, the 15-minute walk from the station to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The hotel has long carpeted corridors, and with self-service luggage handling, getting to your room can feel quite demanding. On the plus side, the airport is very close—taking a taxi costs less than USD 20, making it a quick and easy option. There are also many restaurants at the station, making dining very convenient.

Excellent hotel in Fukuoka. Location is extremely convenient since it is located near one of the biggest station- Hakata train station. Breakfast is diversified and tasty, you can choose Buffet style or Japanese restaurant in their two restaurants. Their breakfast really rival, even surpasses 5-star hotel standards. The staff is courteous and professional. The only drawback may be their pillow is not that cozy for me, that’s only my subjective opinion.

Hotel Nikko Fukuoka is only about 300 meters from Hakata Station. There’s also a shortcut entrance at P5, so it’s really convenient to get into the hotel. I recommend choosing the buffet breakfast because there are more options. They also have Japanese food and sashimi. There are vegetable and fruit juices, and even pudding. I really like the iron here because it’s so cute.😂

Very luxurious and comfortable in an outstanding location. We loved the delicious breakfast buffet at Serena. Confortable, well-appointed room. Fun to receive pajamas and slippers for our stay.
