Thank you very much for staying at LAMP LIGHT BOOKS HOTEL fukuoka and for sharing such a detailed review with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the unique design of our hotel, as well as the books and distinctive lighting in your room. We are also glad that you found the bathroom spacious and the separate layout of the sink and toilet convenient and easy to use. Although the Standard Twin Room may feel compact, we are pleased that you had a comfortable stay. We hope you will have the opportunity to try one of our larger room types with bunk beds on your next visit. Thank you again for your kind words about our entrance and café. We look forward to welcoming you back to Fukuoka in the future. LAMP LIGHT BOOKS HOTEL fukuoka:GONDO

Thank you very much for staying at “LAMP LIGHT BOOKS HOTEL fukuoka.” We would also like to express our sincere gratitude for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share your valuable feedback. Thank you for your kind words regarding our hotel’s location. Located in the heart of the Tenjin area—about a 7-minute walk from Akasaka Station and about a 12-minute walk from Tenjin Station—we believe our hotel offers a convenient location for guests looking to enjoy shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We are delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay in Fukuoka. Regarding room cleaning, for guests staying multiple nights who wish to have their rooms cleaned, we ask that you hang the “Please Clean” sign on the outside of your door by 1:00 PM. If there is no “Please Clean” sign, we will leave fresh towels hanging on the doorknob. Regarding the room size and air conditioning controls, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Room sizes vary depending on the room type at our hotel; our largest room is the Universal Room (bunk bed type), which measures 22 square meters. We would be delighted if you would consider staying with us again in the future. Regarding the air conditioning, you can adjust the temperature using the remote control mounted on the wall. We regret that our instructions were unclear and that you were unable to enjoy a comfortable stay. We will strive to improve our instructions so that they are easier to understand in the future. We value the feedback you have provided and are committed to making our hotel an even more comfortable place to stay. We hope you will choose to stay at LAMP LIGHT BOOKS HOTEL fukuoka the next time you visit Fukuoka. Our entire staff looks forward to welcoming you. LAMP LIGHT BOOKS HOTEL fukuoka:GONDO
