Highly recommend S-Peria Hotel for first time travelers to Hakata. It is a great choice for those seeking convenience and value for money. The location is very close to Hakata station, and mostly flat along the way, which is perfect for those with wheeled suitcases. It is also located in between multiple convenience stores which was very handy. The room is a good size for two travelers with large suitcases ideally without clamshell opening. Everything was clean and comfortable for the two nights we stayed there.The staff were very kind and helpful, and we had seamless service during our stay.

Conveniently located near Hakata Station. Easy access to a myriad of food options. Our rental car pick up and drop off is just round the corner with a petrol kiosk also nearby. Staff were friendly upon our arrival. However, those ladies on late night shift duty seemed a little cold when I asked for a spoon. Apart from that, we felt that the service was friendly as a whole.Room was tight but expected. Basic but good value

The location is very convenient - only about a 8-minute walk from Hakata Station. The room is a bit small, but well-equipped. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The sink is outside. The front desk provided bath salts and skincare products. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.

We came to Hakata by Shinkansen and this place is not far from the station that is why we choose to stay here.|We were on the 12 floor, room was typical, not much room for two people, bed was good, place was neat and clean, free wifi worked well.|Toilet was seperate to the bathroom which was a complete wet room containing a shower and bath.|There was a wash basin in the bedroom, first time we have come across that sort of combination in a hotel in Japan.|Our deal included a smorgasbord breakfast each morning which was very good , plenty of selection.|There was a safe in the room and the hotel had plenty of umbrellas available for guest to use.|Check in and out was simple and loved the Father Christmas behind the reception desk, it gave the place a nice Christmas feel.|We enjoyed our stay and the staff were all nice and friendly

Overall, the hotel was great and definitely worth the price. Its location is very convenient, being close to the main train station. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small, but that’s fairly typical for a major city in Japan. The breakfast was good, though it can feel repetitive if you’re staying for a longer period.

The rooms are quite spacious, but the mattresses are extremely soft. It would be nice to be able to open the window in the room for fresh air. The breakfast is awesome and the staff very professional and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Hotel is about 5-10min walking distance from Hakata station. It is walking distance to many great eateries, but quiet enough from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed the coffee machine, lemon water and fruit vinegar drinks available at lobby!

Clean, quiet, and staff are all friendly and helpful. A lot of amenities are provided. The room is quite small but I think its quite normal in Japan. Very close to subway.
