location is great, so close to tenjin shopping area the room is bigger than the typical Japanese hotel rooms, with more than enough space to lay open the suitcases and still have floor area to walk in. the bathroom is likewise bigger (my knees do not hit the wall when I use the toilet!) i love the free smoothies everyday for guests who did not avail of the hotel breakfast. I hear breakfast is great! not the usual buffet style; the food is prepared in front of you. drinks are available all day and night -- juices, water, coffee. towels are changed every day (they even come with free cookies!), and the room cleaning can be requested anytime, free of charge. the only downside i see is the provided mini cooler in the room. it's not even a mini fridge. more like a cooler. keeps your drink not warm (not ice cold either). the water from the tap is not potable (unlike in other hotels), as there was no sign that it was. a minor inconvenience, as there is water available at the lobby. overall, i love the place. i would stay there again!

This hotel was excellent!!! Friendly staff, centrally located in Fukuoka, clean, and they served a great breakfast. It had amenities such a washing machine and dryer, which l personally used and worked very well. I highly recommend THE BREAKFAST HOTEL in Tenjin for singles. Seriously, no complaints from me!!!

Expensive for what you get, but I am told that Fukuoka hotels are expensive (even more than Tokyo) because of the limited hotels compared to the amount of visitors it gets. The twin rooms are ridiculous TINY- way too small for two people and our two luggages! The receptionist was helpful and apologetic, and we were able to upgrade to a bigger twin room but you still get very bare amenities.

when we arrived in the room it had hair in the shower (they changed us room fortunately) there are a lot of stains on the carpet everywhere in the hotel. The room is super small (the pictures are made a way that you'll think it's big) and it smells too, we had to open the window for 2h to get rid of the smell. The bathroom is sooo small and there is construction work right outside the hotel keeping you from sleeping. The hotel smells like people have been smoking there and humidity. The breakfast is just a buffet, almost no tea, and no sweet stuff (very disappointing ). we don't understand why people are saying it is so good... Overall a bad experience, we will not come back here.

The room is quite small, and it’s a bit difficult for two people to open their suitcases at the same time — we had to take turns. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I had seen reviews mentioning ikura, but it wasn’t available during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Still, I was overall very impressed.

Would not recommend going to this hotel now as there is a construction site right next to it causing a terrible smell from the machinery coming through the windows. I canceled my reservation on the day of and got only half of my booking refunded. Huge loss. Staff did not understand what I was talking about. Very disappointed.

The room is super small for a family of 3 persons. You won’t have enough space to keep the suitcases open. You will have to close it or you won’t have enough space to move around. Breakfast is normal. Location is close to popular area, maybe 5-10 mins walking distance. Guess this is the reason for higher price for small room.

Dont be confused with this two hotel branches, we watched their adds in Tiktok as we hope they serve Salmon sashimi, instead its totaly none/opposite at all this Branch is (Tenjin) that they only serve Sandwiches, green leafy vegetable, some plain rice and some food that can partner with rice, 3 kinds of soups, smoothies, totally opposite from their another Branch which is in (Nakasu),Tenjin Branch, dining area is small so they will provide you with some ticket/voucher and they ask you wich time you can have breakfast, if you selected a time that is a fully booked and have no choice but to select the earliest time 6:30am, 7:15am, ours is 6:15am that is the only available, we have to get up early because we paid this breakfast in advance😅, -Breakfast is okey for healthy advocate person, but for regular people who wish to taste the local food of Hakata, this is branch is a NO go, you feel like a goat eating some grass with a bland tatse (No offense as it is my side of opinion)They have beef but its a bit dryThey have salmon but not sashimiNo mentaikoNo local food hakata/Japan food-Room is so small which is so small than any other hotel with the same level-cleanliness we thought it was cleaned as we know the reputation of this kind of hotel, apparently on our third night we found a blood stain in our blanket, that is only covered by a bedsheet/blanket cover, they change it the blanket after 30minutes but still its unacceptable for the hygene Overall stay is just okey, just okey, but you will feel a bit misleaded as for ads its totally misleading If you want to try the local food, try the Nakasu Branch not Tenjin Branch-Location if you will be traveling with luggages and with older family member that want to explore outside of hakata like Yufuin, Nagasaki, this is a No No, extra hustle you have to walk and walk, get off a train and walk to substation to get here, not in the main road, its another 3-4block to get from the substation and transfer to hakata station
