Dear Sarah Forster, Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed account of your stay with us. We are very sorry that your experience was marred by several inconveniences. The cleanliness of the room and the belongings left behind by previous guests were particularly unacceptable – we sincerely apologize for this. We also regret that the bathroom repair was not carried out, even though you had informed our staff. We understand that you would have liked a prompt resolution. The information regarding the limited internet connection and the lack of flexibility regarding room changes also provides us with important areas for improvement. We are pleased that one of our staff members tried to assist you on-site, even though the situation could not ultimately be resolved satisfactorily. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the disruption to your business meetings. We are also sorry that you were disappointed with your breakfast experience and the way our staff member treated you that morning. Friendliness and respect are of utmost importance to us, and we take your feedback very seriously. Thank you for your honest and insightful feedback, which helps us to further improve our service for our guests. We are sorry to hear that we were unable to convince you of our hotel's quality. We wish you all the best for your future travels. Sincerely, Your Luitpoldpark Hotel Team

(Translated by Google) Hello Jen Claridge, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us so openly and in such detail. We are delighted that you highlighted our central location – being right in the heart of Füssen is undoubtedly a major plus for many of our guests. We appreciate that you enjoyed being so close to the attractions. We are all the more sorry that your overall impression was marred by so many inconveniences. We are particularly sorry about the issue with the non-adjacent rooms, especially when traveling as a family and wanting to spend time together. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee requests for adjoining or connecting rooms, even though we try to accommodate them whenever possible – we understand that the room layout was a challenge for you. We also take your comments regarding the amenities, the electrical outlets, and the general wear and tear of the rooms very seriously. Guest comfort and safety are our top priorities, so feedback like this helps us to make targeted improvements. Regarding air conditioning, we would like to be upfront and state that our hotel does not have air conditioning. Especially on hot days, this can lead to higher temperatures; many guests then choose to open the windows, which, as you described, can be accompanied by more street noise. We are also very sorry about your experience at breakfast, particularly with the food selection and the queues at the stations. We know how important a good start to the day is and take criticism of the quality and organization of our breakfast service very seriously. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations – this does not reflect our commitment to providing our guests with a pleasant holiday. Your detailed feedback shows us where we need to improve, and we thank you for your honest feedback.
