Dining here is an absolute delight, offering a wonderful variety of options to suit every taste. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva continues to impress me every single time. The level of service is simply exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always pay attention to the smallest details, making every visit feel truly special. The food is outstanding, whether it’s breakfast or dinner, and the spa is beautiful, peaceful, and intimate - perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and, in my opinion, the best hotel in Geneva by far. It’s one of the finest Four Seasons properties in the world and, together with Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, the best city Four Seasons hotel. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely! From the moment I arrived on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, the staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. The check in process was super smooth and 5*. The rooms are lovely - very classic and traditional design with fantastic welcome amenities - fresh swiss cheese and charcuterie along with a beautiful display of desserts. The spa and gym amenities are incredible. I enjoyed dinner at Izumi on property - a delicious Japanese fusion restaurant located on the top floor with beautiful views. The food was incredible and the service great. Highly recommend. Breakfast is 5* - delicious made to order options and a beautiful, extensive buffet. The location is great as well - located right by the main bridge over to the Old Town, making the walk to explore the Old Town very convenient.

The hotel is well located in the city center. The room we booked (superior room/king size bed for 2 nights) was not very pleasant for a hotel of this standard. As usual with Four seasons the staff is supposed to make you feel special and this was not really the case this time. For example, as we returned a bottle of champagne as we don't drink alcohol, we were offered to tiny chocolate tarts of the size an amuse bouche. With respect to food, there is also room for improvement here. The Italian restaurant is a one Michelin star restaurant and the setting is very nice. That being said, you can't charge 40 francs for 3 small asparagus as a starter. This is not acceptable. We also went to the bar the following day and ordered a ceasar salad. A huge amount of salad but unfortunately only a handful of slices of chicken. All the above may be seen as details, but they are not when you pay CHF 1600/night. On a more positive note, the breakfast is outstanding.

I absolutely loved my stay here albeit short. The decor is beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable, breakfast is out of this world, thank god because there isn't much that could tempt me out if that bed! Ths spa facilities are very good and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent location. I really cannot find any thing negative to say... I highly recommend a stay here !

It is an old hotel so the lifts are slow and old. There is renovation work so a bit inconvenient that some workers walking along the floor. The Michelin restaurant service is perfect

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons bar, and I want to especially highlight Axel. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome, almost like we were at home. His professionalism, politeness, and calm, confident manner really stood out. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive and created a very comfortable and refined atmosphere. I would also like to mention the bartender, who was truly incredible. I didn’t like my first cocktail, and he personally came over, adjusted it, and made sure the second one was exactly right. That level of care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both natural and high-level at the same time, and Axel, together with the bartender, made the experience exceptional. They are a great asset to your team, and I sincerely hope their work is recognized.

Coming to the Four Seasons Geneva both as a couple and with my family has been a special vacation for us for several summers now. The service I have received here has been the best in the world (I don’t say that lightly) and with the recent room renovation, we have already booked a return for next summer. The reason I’m writing this review is to share the incredibly good news of the recent arrival of Food & Beverage Director, Sebastian Boudin. How they were able to steal this star from the George V and the FS Hong Kong 3* Caprice, I do not know. To say that everything about Food & Beverage, already long a strong suit of the Four Seasons Geneva, has been elevated by Sebastian’s arrival cannot be overstated. He cares so deeply, has the relationships and knowledge, such that each meal is a rare delight and your joy is the joy of the team. Go once and return again and again for the incredible Japanese, French, and Italian cuisine. You are in the best hands with Sebastian and the Four Seasons Geneva family.
