I stayed 1 night in order to be able to take my flight as it was at 6:45. There is a worker there with glasses, brown hair, beard and very elegant that is a scammer. He told me that I had to pay 50CHF in order to checkout before 4am. He also said "Do you want to pay for it already Sir so you can leave the hotel quickly?" I was almost sure that checking out before 4am was free so I waited until another recepcionist came and I asked her. She was very confused and she told me there probably was a communication error. Trusting people is essencial for a great service and this is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. Moreover, they make it difficult to give reviews as I could not find a way to do it in Booking. They are for sure trying to hide the fact that some workers ther try to scam people. In case someone from the hotel is reading this, the guy I talk about is the recepcionist working on Saturday 29th of August 2026. I met him more less at 13:30 or so. I also take this oportunity to clarify this: 1. Checking out before 4 am is FREE 2. The shuttle to the airport is FREE (I did not ask that guy but just in case he says it is not) 3. Do not trust the recepcionists but the things you see in the official page of booking or the platform that you used to book I hope this helps someone and also I hope this does not happen ever again. I will never go there again thanks to that guy.

Excellent location of the hotel and a free airport transfer. Many hotels state on their websites that they have a good breakfast and in the case of this hotel it really is. The hotel also sent me a public transport ticket valid for the entire stay, which I really appreciated seeing other tourists struggling to buy their tickets at the stops. Despite the proximity of the airport, railway and motorway, the room was quiet and nothing disturbed my sleep. The bed was really comfortable. The room had a smaller bathroom, but it was acceptable for a short stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location very close to the airport as we were taking a plane very early in the morning. Efficient shuttle services driving you to the airport in 5 minutes.|Beautiful cosy room in light wood and glass, with excellent bath room, one can sleep with the window open for fresh air.| Breakfast and diner available at any time and can be taken inside or in the garden.|Very clean and very efficient service with pleasant and gifted staff.

Convenient airport shuttle service and it's every 10mins. Which is so convenient as my flight departed very early in the morning. The room is comfy but slightly too warm. Not much air conditioning last night. The rest were perfect

This hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel ideally located near the airport with a frequent bus shuttle service getting you to and from the airport. The restaurant food quality is a below my expectations for a 4 stars (frozen French fries, sauces in plastic wrappers the kind you get from McDonald’s). Also, restaurant is clearly understaffed which decreases the customer experience. The room was fairly nice but a lightbulb was unscrewed and the bathroom sink didn’t have good evacuation. So, in a way, it’s a bit below my expectations for a 4 stars. But the price for a night isn’t so high. I’d say that I was satisfied overall :-)

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which feels a bit more like a business trip hotel then the Ibis next door. (Both were fine, just different vibes). The rooms were clean and spacious, with the usual amenities. The free instant coffee they provide in the room was pretty awful but you can buy a Nespresso coffee drink from the machine in the lobby if you’d like. (Would be nice if they gave each guest a free coffee from this machine instead of the instant coffee). The free newspaper was a nice touch, and everyone on the staff that I talked to was friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle was easy to find, with a large sign directing you to the correct location. You could also walk to and from the airport if you want. There’s a gym and sauna in the basement which I looked at but didn’t use, but only because I was too tired and it was too hot outside already for a sauna. Things seemed clean and functional though. The restaurant serves a variety of food though it's a bit on the pricey side. I didn’t eat there for that reason but the menu options looked good. if you want a clean, convenient place to stay near the airport with more of a “business hotel" vibe then Nash will be just fine.

The shuttle service from the airport is very helpful as it runs continuously from 4AM to 11PM. Service was good, we did not use it much besides getting the safety box fixed. The one remark I have is that the rooms have carpet so it could be a good idea to have slippers available. The location is a strong point as it is close to the airport (which connects you to the railway system as well) and the bus network is a max 5 minutes walk away. Unfortunately, there is no tram near by and you need to commute to take one.

Closest hotel to Geneva airport. 10 mins walk or minibuses every 20 mins. Quick check in. Decent rooms. Restaurant open until late. Good value overall.
