⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely outstanding hotel and one of the best places I’ve stayed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt clean and high quality. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—very convenient for getting around Geneva and close to public transport. The overall atmosphere is elegant, quiet, and relaxing, making it a great choice whether you’re visiting for business or a holiday. I would happily stay at the Warwick Geneva again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel with excellent service. It truly deserves its five-star reputation.

Just back from a two night stay at the Warwick and really enjoyed our stay. Brilliant hotel. Room was overlooking the train station and although the road is busy you could barely hear the traffic. Loved the location, barely 10 minutes from airport to hotel foyer, via the train into Geneva, out of the station and the hotel is across the street. Also perfect for a 5 minute walk down to lake Geneva and the multitude of cafes, bars & restaurants. Will definitely be back.

★☆☆☆☆ A Luxury Price Tag, But No AccountabilityWe paid CHF 800 for a single night, expecting the standards of a luxury hotel. Instead, our family experienced a series of serious problems that turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a stressful and exhausting ordeal.The evening began with significant noise disturbance due to a defective air conditioning system, as examined and confirmed by the hotel. Furthermore, my mother was injured when a metal part of the shower fixture suddenly broke apart while she was showering. This was a serious safety issue that should never happen in a hotel of this category.We had originally booked a suite consisting of two rooms connected by an internal door. Because of the ongoing noise problems, the hotel later provided an additional room elsewhere on the floor. Following the shower incident that left her injured, my mother moved to that room to rest.Later, while my father (who has Parkinson's disease, as notified to the hotel in advance) was showering in our original suite, a power outage occurred and he was forced to finish showering in the dark and find his way out at 3:00 am. He was alone when the electricity failed, and power was not restored for the remainder of the night. Given his medical condition, this was an extremely serious and potentially dangerous situation. Due to the series of problems that continued throughout the night, and our family was unable to get to sleep until around 5:00 a.m.To their credit, hotel management acknowledged the issues, apologized profusely, and initially offered a CHF 400 refund, approximately half of the room rate. They also indicated that, since I did not wish to receive a refund to the original payment card, they were exploring alternative compensation options, including a voucher that could be used at another Warwick hotel.However, after several days of discussions through Trip.com, the hotel suddenly changed its position. The compensation was reduced from CHF 400 to CHF 170, and we were told that a refund to the original payment card was the only option available after all. The previously discussed voucher option disappeared without explanation.The incidents themselves were unacceptable, but the handling of the aftermath was even more disappointing. A hotel that acknowledges responsibility for a guest injury, severe service failures, and a potentially dangerous situation, only to later reduce the compensation and reverse its previous assurances, demonstrates a troubling lack of accountability.I have stayed in many high-end hotels around the world, and I have never encountered such a combination of safety issues, operational failures, and inconsistent customer service. For a hotel charging luxury-hotel rates, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard.I cannot recommend this property.

Location is very convenient being so close to the train station. That was the biggest benefit to us. The rooms are small, and this is an older hotel. It was hard to store our luggage and move around in the room, and the bed was a bit small and soft for our liking. This would be great for a work trip, but not necessarily a place to rest for vacation. The balcony in our room was a nice added space. The included breakfast was a good option, and offered different selections including a small gluten free section. The front desk staff was helpful. Overall it was fine for us and our needs, especially since we were gone most the day anyhow.

We have been hosting our SFI Master Classes at the Warwick Geneva for the past three years, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The meeting rooms are excellent—modern, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for professional events and training sessions. The service is consistently outstanding, with a team that is attentive, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The food is delicious and receives great feedback from our participants every time. Another major advantage is the hotel's fantastic location, directly opposite Geneva's main train station, making it incredibly convenient for attendees traveling from Switzerland and abroad. Our participants always enjoy their experience at the Warwick, and the positive feedback we receive after each event speaks for itself. In my opinion, it is the best venue for events in Geneva, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and welcoming event location.

Our American family of four stayed at The Warwick form June 21-25. We had the penthouse suite 709. The suite was very large and had a wraparound balcony overlooking the streets and the train station across the way. Lots of closet space, bathroom was ok, had a tub/ shower with a high step but I got used to it. I would change that to a walk in. Separate toilet in the other room, large table and chairs too. The suite had all we needed, service was exceptional during our stay, especially the front desk personnel . The rate we paid was excellent. Location is superb, and allowed us to explore Geneva at our leisure . We had taken the TGV from Paris, so to find the hotel across from the station was great! We had breakfast included, it was fine, not quite as good as Paris but fine. One cool thing was a Pass to use all public transport for Free, including boats across the lake to the other side of the city, which is relatively small. The lobby is cool, with the winding staircase. I would highly recommend The Warwick, for the price, service , location and what we paid for the best suite was Fantastic.

Very good hotel located centrally in Geneva. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, tram and train station. You can also walk to the lake and the Jet d Eau fountain. We had the penthouse with great views of the lake and Mont Blanc.

Enjoyed my stay here, great people and really well maintained hotel. Location couldn’t be better. Morning Cappuccinos were greatly appreciated by Raheem and Haleem. They took great care of me.
