Lots to like about this one. Really convenient for Gravensteen etc. A lovely old house that is now a questhouse with unique rooms. Our host was friendly. Breakfast was limited but excellent. We loved the room. Definitely somewhere we would highly recommend to people who don't want to go to the same old chain hotels.

From the moment I booked the communication with the owner was first class, upon arrival everything was explained to us perfectly, the room was sensational as was the entire house. It is very central to all the attractions and restaurants. We had to depart early on the last day and the owner very kindly made us a packed breakfast to take with us on our journey home, throughly recommend this to anyone who is looked for somewhere special to stay in Ghent, this is the place for you

The house is spectacular, each room with its own character. Stayed in the junior suite to be able to make some meals which was welcomed after long days, and woke up to the smell of fresh croissants each morning. The owners are a delight. Ghent is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The camera got used extensively, every corner is a sight!

It's a very interesting guesthouse with various themed rooms. I stayed at the Japanese room and really loved it. The location is just outside the city center, it's only a few minute walk to the bridge. The amenities in the room are fine. Everything you need is in the room. The hostess was kind and welcoming. Although she didn't give any information about what the do in Gent or where to go. Breakfast was fine and there was enough to choose from. They even made you fried or scrambled eggs. Parking thru the Guesthouse is nearby and is convenient.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. I truly wish I had stayed here longer. The location is conveniently located near everything, including the tram that takes you directly to the main station, which connects you to other cities. I found Ghent to be a great city and a great base for other day trips nearby. |The hosts were very welcoming and each morning the breakfast was simple, yet excellent. We had fruit, breads, cheeses, eggs, sliced meats, yogurt, fresh coffee and orange juice. Outside our room we found an espresso machine with cookies. Our room had a charming fire place and very unique decor. |Absolutely loved this b&b and will return very soon!|

we had a lovely stay here, we stay the graaf vlaanderen room and it was lovely, very spacious and comfortable, the toilet has a glass door so you have to know the person you are sharing with quite well but we worked round it. the breakfast was lovely, nice healthy choices. it is only a 5 minute walk from the town centre so ideally located, ghent is a lovely place and if we go again we would stay here.

We returned for a 2nd visit and were not disappointed. We stayed in the Junior Suite at the top of the house. The room is very modern with Hi Tech lighting and heating system that takes a bit of getting used to. The shower and bathroom were nice and modern. Breakfast was in the large spacious dining room, with fresh fruits, some cooked meats, eggs and breads. The location is superb, just around the corner from Ghent's main tourist attractions. The detraction would be that there is no lift so getting to the very top floor with your luggage could be a bit of a haul for some guests, though help is always at hand if required.

Stayed at the PPP because everything else in Ghent was booked-out or way overpriced. At first it felt a bit awkward to stay in such a small place (few rooms, within a private property), but the room was excellent, super clean and the owner explained everything fast and in great detail. Got good advise for the evening and breakfast was small but delicious. Can recommend!
