Great stay overall The hotel is out of the city center but there is public transport options to get you into the city. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The food we had both for dinner and the breakfast buffet were great! The room was modern and updated and one of the nicest residence Inns I have ever stayed at. The only drawback to this hotel is the $20 a night parking. It does not really make sense to charge parking at a property like this.

I have walked into many hotels in my life, but the warm welcome and exceptional service from Rafa were truly rare. Keep up the fantastic work! People like you make all the difference in the hospitality industry. I truly appreciate your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. Thank you for making my night easier. -Syed

Best thing about this hotel is the location. Really convenient for crossing from Calais and travelling across Belgium to break up the journey. Rooms are reasonable, the kitchenette is a nice touch. Obviously the proximity to the main roads make the location less desirable, so I wouldn’t be booking my summer holidays here, but a good transit hotel. The parking barrier wasn’t working, which was a bit frustrating. Breakfast was quite average. The sun was shining, and there’s a small courtyard to sit outside and have a drink. Would stay here again. For electric vehicle owners, there are EV chargers on site, I think 22kw, charging 69p/kwh. Alternatively, there is a Tesla supercharger around 2 minute drive, which is much cheaper and faster, and can walk back to the hotel in less than 5 minutes and have a beer whilst it’s charging.

We absolutely loved our time at the Residence Inn Ghent! We regularly stay here because they always treat our Chihuahua like royalty, making it feel like our true home away from home. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the spacious rooms let all of us unwind perfectly. It remains our absolute favorite hotel for visiting family and friends in Ghent. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

I was business trip to this country from South Korea. I made a reservation for 35 nights at this hotel for the first time, but I stayed for 42 nights due to a change in my schedule. The location, facilities, and price of this hotel are all great, but the kindness of the staff made me the most wonderful experience. All the staff were friendly and I especially remember Ms. Elia. Unfortunately I got some problems, such as my first accommodation records is missing due to 7th, May to 11th, June and my second accommodation’s parking fee invoice printed wrong title. There have not yet been resolved and we hope to revise them as soon as possible.😢

I felt like home during my stay as the staff was so helpful and friendly also the room was like a house including kitchen with fully equipped, living area, bedroom and bathroom. We had a great stay with my family. There was a outside terrace where we had our drinks and enjoy the nice weather. Also there is playground for kids next to the building.
