Very good value for money. Good location, near 2 shopping centers and bus station. Lovely staff, helpful and professional. Clean rooms, nice shower. Best of all, there is a complimentary 24/ 7 tea and coffee service. Very good coffeeand hot chocolate. Downside: quite noisy, thin walls (depends how lucky you are with the neighbours lol) and if you have the room facing the street you have to rely on aircon.

Response from the property

The location of this hotel is fantastic. If you're travelling with a dog, there's a sort of park-like grassy area right next to the hotel, which is ideal for taking your four-legged friend out. For those who enjoy shopping, the hotel is also right next to a shopping centre. I didn't visit it myself, but thought it was worth mentioning. I did pick up a few things at Mercadona. The room has a small fridge, so you can keep things cool. As a stopover during my journey, I found this to be a very pleasant hotel!

Clean, functional and mattress was firm which we liked. Reception staff were friendly and helped us organise taxi. We stayed 1 night in mid June and the very top floor was baking hot. Air con didn't really cool the room down for us Brits who like it cool. That said, I'd still say it was excellent.

I consider this hotel to advertise its location falsely. The Hotel is not in Girona but in Salt which is a separate town and is a long way from Girona's old town. The area in which the hotel sits is industrial and deprived. We did not feel safe there. We had to take two buses each day to get to the old town of Girona. The reviews all say the location is good, it is not. The hotel itself is fine, clean and breakfast is good.

We enjoyed our stay at the B&B2 but the room was very loud. We were facing at the main street and a construction site which was very loud even with the window shut. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. The hotel is bicycle friendly as well, we could keep our bikes in the room.

Response from the property

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words about our staff, breakfast, and for highlighting our bicycle-friendly policy. We sincerely apologize for the noise from the construction and the street. Regarding the temperature, our centralized climate control system was still in heating mode, which is why the AC was not cooling. We have also noted your comments about the room layout and shower for our maintenance team. We hope to provide you with a much quieter stay in the future. Best regards, Front Office Manager B&B HOTELS

Rooms and furniture are a bit tired. Repairs are clearly visible, and not particularly well done. Staff are keen to assist, but having to change rooms twice for the same reason (because the aircon was malfunctioning) is tiresome. Mosquitos are few, but annoying. Close proximity to a large mall is a saving grace.

Response from the property

Dear Rahoul Subberwal, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, particularly with the air conditioning. We appreciate your understanding and will take your comments into account as we continuously strive to enhance our services. Best regards, Laura E. Head of reception B&B HOTEL Girona 2

Gentle and attentive staff, with overall comfort and cleanliness. The downside is that I paid extra for a Premium room, but the bed was not large at all—just a regular double bed. The in-room snacks were also very poor. Overall, it isn’t worth paying the extra amount. Additionally, the rooms smelled of cigarettes.

Response from the property

Dear Neus, Thank you for sharing your review regarding your stay at our hotel. We are glad to know that the attentiveness of our staff and the comfort and cleanliness of our appliances are the highlights of your experience with us. Nevertheless, we are very sorry to know that the premium room didn't achieve your expectations and that because of that your stay with us was disturbed. We hope that you provide us with a second chance to amend it, and we sincerely expect to see you again on another occasion. Sincerely, Fatu T Reception B&B HOTEL Girona 2
