Very good location. Corporate hotel. Rooms need some tlc: floor tiles need replacing. Reasonably equipped but not to 4* standard. bath/shower had black hairs from previous guests. No facial tissues or complimentary water.

perfectly located hotel in the centre of griona, i've marked down from giving the full five marks, as i) the lift was out of order on a couple of occasions and ii) the rooms probably need a little freshening up. but, otherwise, everything was good; especially the staff on reception.|i'd highly recommend girona as a short stay city break.

Staid in room 311 in 6/26 Great location, quiet rooms and great beds. 3 key elements However.... - most of equipement pieces in the room are obsolete or misfunction (shower is only a trickle of water, sink and bidet are kind of clogged, and many other details that are less relevant to me) - room is totally like a business room from the year 2000. Cold and charmless. But 3 main positive keypoints remain décisive :)

Pleasant hotel, nice breakfest with fresh orange juice, well equipped for stay with bike. The location is perfect, just couple of steps from historical city. Beware of the laundry service though: the hotel offers to handle your laundry for 20EUR, but at the checkout I was asked to pay 80EUR for one bag (which was one, max two runs of the washing machine). Quite a nuissance...

Amazing experience. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and nice atmosphere. The hotel is in the city center. Supermarket is in front of the door.

The room (101) was spacious, well-equipped and clean; very comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was particularly good. The staff at Reception were helpful and informative.

The hotel location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. The bed is incredibly comfortable and despite being on a busy street we heard no noise with the windows closed.|However, the downsides, the room was very tired and in desperate need of a refresh.|The real issue was parking, we chose this hotel because it had parking, we pre-booked our space but were told on arrival parking was full and we would have to sort our own parking, my husband did find somewhere eventually, more expensive than the spot we booked. |While my husband was walking from quite far away the receptionist said a space had become available. It was too late at that stage. |This is not acceptable and no excuses that were made by the hotel were acceptable. If you promise a parking space you need to deliver it.

Definitely not worth the 168€ per night I paid. Rooms are old and show obvious damage. No late check out service👎. Not even one courtesy water in the room.. like wth.... No room service. Night shift reception was rude. The only good this was the location.
