We had an amazing stay at Paradise Resort Gold Coast. The resort is ideal for families, with fantastic facilities, plenty of activities for children, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent and makes it easy to enjoy all that the Gold Coast has to offer. We created wonderful family memories and would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling with children. We would love to return in the future.

Absolutely AWESOME place to stay, rooms were perfect for what we needed. So much to do for the kids - Paid and Free activities, something for everyone's budget! Absolutely no need to leave, your days and evenings are filled with adventures within the resort. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Adding the family feast package was so convenient and well worth the $$, the BBQ was a great use too.

Great place for a family holiday. So much for kids to do. Staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. In a good location and rooms, food etc good for the price. Only slight complaint was that the spa was way too crowded with unsupervised children and the water play areas were too cold. All in all a great place to stay though.

Absolutely Amazing Birthday Party Experience! Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a fantastic experience celebrating our daughter Davina’s 10th birthday last Saturday! A huge thank you to Laura, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Communication was effortless, and she was incredibly friendly, flexible, quick-thinking and resourceful. She made the whole planning process so easy and stress-free! Grace was an absolute superstar! Her bubbly, cheerful and energetic personality brought so much joy to the party. The kids absolutely loved her and had the best time! A special thank you also to the other three staff members who stepped in to help. Every single one of them showed such a positive attitude, professionalism and genuine care. Happy kids, relaxed parents, and wonderful memories — what more could we ask for? The whole team went above and beyond to make Davina’s birthday truly special. It was such a lovely experience for both the children and the parents. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a children’s birthday party! Thank you again to the amazing team! ❤️

A Good option for family with little kids, but the cleanness of public facilities is not as comperative as it as another few other resort. Room is a bit old, simple and a little bit dark, guests need to bring their own hair condition and toothbrushes. Btw, Car park is not free in the resort.

Very disappointing experience and poor value for money Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had in my 38 years. We paid approximately $1,700 for three nights, and in my opinion, the experience wasn’t worth anywhere near that amount. The room had several issues, including leaking taps and no exhaust fan in the toilet/bathroom. Some rooms are also close to the road, so traffic noise can seriously affect your sleep. The biggest concern for me was the kids’ water park. During our visit, I did not see adequate supervision, and I witnessed multiple children getting hurt. For a place that attracts families, I found this extremely disappointing and concerning. Room service was also very poor, and overall the room and facilities did not justify the price. A few staff members were genuinely good and helpful, and I appreciate them. However, some other interactions made us feel uncomfortable and, at times, unfairly treated. The main positive is the location near Surfers Paradise, but that alone is not enough to justify the cost or the overall experience. For families looking mainly for kids’ activities, I would honestly recommend finding activities closer to home or considering other accommodation options. For us, this stay felt like a waste of both money and time, and I would not return.

We LOVED it here. Will absolutely be back again in the future! Perfect mix of activities for 3 kids ranging from 5-13yrs. Great location - easy to find driving from Brisbane, walking distance to the beach and downtown Surfers. Rooms were great for the kids. Rooms were clean, well presented and spacious.

Truly is a kids paradise. Never disappoints! That is the main reason to holiday here. The rooms facing the pool are very noisy though. My little one had a lot of trouble going to sleep with all the outside noise going on as the rooms have very little sound proofing. Handy tip…. Avoid the penguins restaurant. Overpriced and sub par food. The pizza and cafe adjacent is far superior!
