We recently stayed at Mantra Southport Sharks for our wedding and had such a wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. A special thank you to the housekeeping team and the front-of-house reception staff, who were all such an absolute delight to deal with. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We were so happy with our stay and truly appreciated how well looked after we were, especially during such a special and exciting time for us. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our wedding experience even more memorable. We would happily recommend Mantra Southport Sharks and would love to stay again! ❤️

The care, kindness and compassion of staff during a recent stay in this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We were entirely grateful for the care shown to us with an unexpected and necessary urgent check in. The facilities are perfect for any length of stay - clean, well serviced, and with attention to detail in every aspect. In room meals and services were excellent with healthy delicious food and good choices. The added benefit of restaurants and bars next door made the stay very easy during a difficult time. A very convient location to the hospital.

Excellent customer service at reception, room waa good and bed comfortable, great green view from the room. Good tea selection in the room. The buffet breakfast was underwhelming and the Bain Marie eggs questionable. The dining room overlooks playing fields, nice view. The gym is awesome. Great Coffee Box in the car park that opens early. All in all a good stay.

Staff at this hotel were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Room was exceptionally clean and stocked no stains or smells. Deon was a great source for food and activities/ tours. We had a wonderful time.

Very comfortable surroundings with peaceful atmosphere. Your staff displayed very welcoming prescence making me feel at ease during my stay while my husband was having surgery at the nearby surgery.The only small complaint i would have is i did order 1x room service for breakfast . I telephoned through and the telephone line itself was very crackly and hard to understand hearing clearly the voice on the line. Also i found the bacon was very dry and felt soaked in oil . Like it being sitting in a bain marie for awhile. So i didnt eat much of that and also got served wrong type of eggs . I didnt complain there and then as felt a little dishearted by the meal itself. But the first night had dinner in the room the meal was beautifully served a lot fresher well presented and defintaly filled our tummies to the max. We didnt want to eat breakfast on the morning of the last day as didnt want to eat a similar taste of the dried oiled bacon as such.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on New Year’s Day. I made and fully paid for the booking three weeks in advance, paying over $500. Despite the high price, we were given a very basic, actually below-average room on level 1, with no balcony, no view, and barely any window. Me and my wife honestly felt like a prison. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable and it ruined our entire day.I spoke with reception, and the lady at the desk almost agreed to change our room and upgrade us. However, another staff member suddenly intervened and stopped it, saying the hotel was fully booked. This did not seem true, as the receptionist was already in the process of upgrading us.The room itself was poorly equipped. There were only two towels provided. The water pressure in both the shower and the bathroom sink was very weak and unpleasant. I have stayed in much better hotels for far less money.Breakfast the next morning was also very disappointing. The food had no taste, the fried eggs had a bad smell, canned fruit was served, and three types of cheap juice too.Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Extremely overpriced, poor service, and very low quality. Never again 👎

Great for what we needed, rooms (Compact Queen) small but ok if just sleeping there. Easy access to Sharks Club. Staff friendly and welcoming. Although I could over hear another staff member explaining the dining (breakfast) set up to another couple checking in, nothing was explained to us. Although I was a little disappointed being asked for $5 for parking even though our booking confirmation stated "Car parking is included Complimentary". When I advised the Staff member she mentioned something about "their app being updated in the last month". My bookings were made months ago. Does that mean the prices for the rooms changed a month ago so they could charge me more for the room too? I understand its only $5 but when its stated it is included, it should be included.

Nice clean rooms Good location, Sharkys Club a stone throw away so plenty of food options. Good spot, short walk if visiting the hospital and also to the light rail.
