Loved our family stay here at Ultra! Room was clean and we had all amenities we needed, plus an amazing beach front view. Perfect location to walk to everything....beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, but you also felt away from the hustle and bustle. Yes there was construction works nearby and yes one lift wasn't working, but you only hear what you want to and we were on holidays so time waiting for the elevator didn't matter. We had a great stay and would be back in a heart beat. Thanks Ultra team :)

Not really a complaint but making owner aware. Frying pans need updating as the nonstick coating is coming off. We bought our own so not a big deal. Otherwise everything was great. Pool was a big hit and facilities were great. Jodie and Sandy were the best. Made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks and hope to see you next year Roger and Laurie

Ultra, Broadbeach was an excellent place to stay. I had a one bedroom apartment. Ideal for me. Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Stella Cannon

Had a fantastic, albeit short, stay here two weeks ago. We stayed in apartment 902, which was in pristine condition, beautifully decorated and maintained. We were stuck in traffic on the way, but the after hours check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. The location is excellent, and we definitely plan to come back. Thanks you UB Team!

What a fabulous surprise it was staying here. The apartment amazing, upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Short walk to beach, shopping centre, clubs and food. Pool and spa also fabulous. Not too busy. A special thank you to Jodie who assisted our friends when their booking had been cancelled - nobody’s fault, just one of those things that happen. Jodie assisted in every way she could and arranged accommodation for them. Could not speak highly enough. Will definitely go back. Also large enough apartment to have 10 for dinner.

Location and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk.The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable.We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment.

The only slight negative is that the main pool is in shade for much of daylight hours. The apartment building just completed does not help that. Probably no issue during summer but in August when temperatures in low twenties it’s noticeable if you want to have a swim.

PRICEY! UNCOMFORTABLE JUST A WASTE! This was a bit of and old trip July 2025. I planned well what I thought was a nice romantic night away with my wife no kids just me and the wife. Haven't had a kid free anything ever so my wife was ecstatic having time to ourselves in yrs. Very veey very short lived. The view, the location, looks, the bathroom amazing 👌 cant fault it! Unfortunately That's it! The bed well my wife and I personally do not like sleeping with cockroaches (wish I was able to get a photo) But how was it supposed to snuggle touch my wife do anything with her with a great hard lump of wood between us from the 2 beds pushed together to make a king bed? I had to cram myself on one or the other with her to even get some snuggles or to heat up with her? I'm absolutely disappointed in it to the point I still loose sleep over this trip. Then the dinning room chairs definitely need updating pulled one out to sit on and the fake leather was all stuck to my hand wow! Nearly $400 for a night and this is what you get. No sleep no romance cockroaches crawling on you ewwww. Best part was when my wife returned the key she expressed her disappointment to be greeted with "thankyou for your stay see you again" My wife responded with "no you won't our money will be better spent elsewhere" The receptionist response was "not my problem" My wife walked out! If your looking for a romantic getaway with your wife this is not the place!! The disappointment is not worth it all the husbands and boyfriends and men out there!! Thankyou one very disappointed hubby n wife 😢
