Receptionists were exceptionally and genuinely friendly and helpful. Clara and Lucas did a great job checking us in and checking us out respectively. The room was large and well outfitted. The shower was spacious. Turning on the shower presented a problem that was solved with a visit from housekeeping. Food service was very good. The outside dining area was peaceful. The spa’s warm jacuzzi pool was relaxing and soothing. The location made walking explorations easy. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your stay in Granada Spain.

Absolutely a hidden gem in Granada. We had a beautiful one-night stay here with Luxury Gold Travel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel perfectly blends historic architecture with modern luxury — from the stunning courtyards and elegant interiors to the incredible attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms and common spaces were beautifully designed, with a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The gardens and outdoor areas felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city, while the grand staircases, ornate ceilings, and warm lighting made every space feel special. A perfect luxury stay in Granada and an ideal location to explore the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique hotel experience with character, elegance, and exceptional service.

My family of 4 stayed in two hotel rooms at this Hospes hotel in late June and we extend our highest compliments to the hotel manager and staff for impeccable service and gorgeous accommodations. Enrique and Marina were SO helpful in the months leading up to our stay to assist us with transportation, tours and dinner reservations helping us make the most of our limited time in Granada and everything seamless. And they were just as wonderful upon our arrival. Every single person we interacted with, from the porters at the door to the restaurant staff during our breakfast (which was wonderful!), were all so friendly, welcoming and professional. The service was exceptional, and we really appreciated all the extra little details like the lovely note from the manager waiting for us in each room with snacks and wine, and the wonderful turn down service in the evening. We felt truly pampered! We were also very grateful for the room upgrades they were able to extend to us and that they located our two rooms next to each other so we could be near our children. And finally, the facility is stunning! The rooms, lobby and restaurant patio are so beautiful and luxurious, but in an approachable and peaceful way, blending the historic building with more modern decor and amenities. Everything was clean and well very maintained. The location was perfect. (Note you will hear some traffic noise as it is in town). Thank you for a fantastic stay and experience in Granada!!

Hospes Palacio de los Patos has exceeded our expectations. The property and rooms are gorgeous. Our room was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel. Juan was very accommodating and all the staff went out of their way to greet you. We also received a nice surprise in our room upon arrival for our anniversary (a personalized note, champagne, and chocolates). The hotel is a short walk to all the restaurants and sights to see in Granada. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful 10-day family holiday in this beautiful old former palace with all modern facilities, central to the city but with secluded gardens / terrace. The service throughout was faultless, friendly and helpful. Very high quality food and drink taken on the extensive shaded terrace. I miss the long relaxed breakfasts already. The rooms were spacious, with huge comfortable beds, and air conditioning that really was effective and controllable. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Thank you to all the staff.

Our three-night stay at Hospes Palacio de Los Patos was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is a beautiful blend of historic elegance and modern luxury, providing a peaceful oasis just a short stroll from Granada’s main attractions. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. Check-in was seamless, and the valet parking service made arriving and departing completely stress-free. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Our room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s tranquil gardens and courtyard provided the perfect place to relax after exploring the city, while the location couldn’t have been better for visiting the Alhambra and discovering Granada. What really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail. On departure, the team thoughtfully placed two cartons of water in our car for our onward journey—a small gesture that perfectly reflected the outstanding hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. We left feeling thoroughly looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hospes Palacio de Los Patos to anyone visiting Granada. We can’t wait to return.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had due to the location, cuisine, people, and value. Highly recommended for quality and its ambience. The restaurant was a next level experience as it felt like the place was myynown personal mansion with my own butler, server, and chef. Late September is the ideal time to book.

The hotel is beautiful and they have valet parking with bell service. I had a handwritten note in my room with a bottle of sparkling wine. Later they turned down the bed with chocolates, robe and slippers. I had sn hour of free spa use. I bought the breakfast buffet which was superb. I got a call asking how everything was. Top notch hotel staff and great location. Very helpful staff! Wonderful stay!!!
