The hotel is the same as I remember, it's why I chose it for my trip. The restaurant is top, super worth the experience. The water is inclined, the tapas are awesome. I forgot to tell my entrecote to be well done, it was a bit raw for me unlike previous visits. Overall a good experience and staff, the receptionist was super friendly, helped me with taxi service. Rooms are comfortable and beds are perfect for big people. The downside is the breakfast. Must be improved.

Nice hotel about 20-25 minute walk from the cathedral, not bang in the centre but not too far away.|Bed was comfortable, shower good, had a safety box at night extra fee, tv was very small and not central to the bed so watching a bit of the Olympic Games was a tad difficult for my wife on the far side of the bed.|The breakfast was an add on and nothing special, we had it as it was convenient but a lack of savoury items was a downfall. When compared to the breakfast we had in our previous hotel in Seville it was night and day. Overall this hotel is good but I would look for a hotel with a pool if I ever came to Granada again, and a better breakfast option. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Their customer service is Awful. I tried to cancel a booking a whole MONTH in advance and they told me NO, and I will not receive a refund despite my life situation being really hard at the moment. I’ve never had worse customer service, They are a greedy business who is putting their customers at risk. Canceling a booking an Entire month before arriving should be reasonable enough for a refund. But these guys are cruel , despite all life circumstances and the hardships i am facing, I am now at a serious financial lose because they refuse to solve the issue.

Great location, for that price it’s probably the best you can get. Very close to the city center, you can walk there. The windows are very good isolated, you don’t hear anything from the busy streets. Just make sure, you will have to pay for parking, 17 euros per day, you get a discount via the hotel.

An overated 4 star hotel. Breakfast is so crowded in such a little space that many times you have to wait long for a cup of coffee. Too expensive hotel for this kind of service I wouldn't recommend it.

My experience at this hotel was far worse than anything I had seen online, truly beyond the reviews and my expectation. I found the bathroom drain completely clogged, there were nails and hair on the beds, the hotel was noisy, the rooms had very poor lighting, and the bathroom outlet was literally loose, which felt unsafe. The whole place clearly needs urgent renovation. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing, with cold eggs and very few options. Overall, the lack of basic hygiene, maintenance, and quality is unacceptable, and this is definitely not a four-star hotel as it claims to be.

So far very polite and helpful staff. The food is beyond expectations, delicious. Absolutely worth the price. I requested disability friendly room and the bathroom is adapted the best way possible to my needs. Also the room has no view, but its own patio instead. Very quiet. I value that. Close to all businesses and the metro is in front of the hotel.

Small room without kettle and its cold at night. There isn't towel hanger but room was clean. There is a good breakfast and bar with tv so u can watch mach at evening but only at one from 3.
