The stay was acceptable, but the customer service was poor. We incurred an additional parking charge after following the hotel's instructions exactly. Instead of resolving the issue, the hotel ignored our emails. I expected much better professionalism.

Absolutely amazing stay. We had a one month euro trip and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Special shoutout to Susan. She was very attentive, lovely to chat to and understanding as well. The rooms are clean, there is a terrace, a common area, pastries put out daily, free coffee, attentive staff all over the premises, and very comfortable beds. The stay is an amazing value for money especially for the service and location. Thank you very much!

We cannot recommend this hotel. We followed the hotel's parking instructions, paid through the hotel, yet had to pay an extra €22 to retrieve our car because the documentation provided was insufficient. Despite several polite emails, the hotel declined any wrongdoing. Very disappointing customer service.

Nest Style Granada is in a good location, close to shops, the main attractions, and the station. The staff were helpful and the place was convenient for a short stay. However, the bathroom was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it is a decent option if you want a central and convenient place in Granada.

Dishonest and irresponsible parking scam. Avoid this hotel completely if you are arriving by car. For our stay between 14-16 April, we prepaid €36 at the hotel for two nights of parking, expecting a smooth and secure experience. Instead, when we tried to leave the parking garage, the parking staff claimed they could not find our reservation and payment in their system. They refused to accept the reservation confirmation and receipt issued directly by the hotel. We were held hostage in the parking garage and forced to pay an additional €22 before they would allow us to leave the garage with the car. What was even worse is the hotel’s nonresponses afterward. I contacted the hotel multiple times, requesting reimbursement and providing all documentation (including receipts from the first payment and the additional payment). Almost all my messages were ignored. Eventually, the hotel replied with a short, dismissive message saying that this was “not their problem”. The entire situation shows serious incompetence and extremely poor customer service. There is clearly a communication failure between the hotel and the parking operator, yet the hotel refuses to take any responsibility for a service they provide directly to their guests. There were already warning signs when we arrived: the parking spot assigned to us was occupied by another vehicle, and the parking staff had to improvise another space, while the hotel staff was not available for a call to address this issue. From beginning to end, the whole experience was stressful and completely unprofessional. We feel that we were taken advantage of, simply because we were tourists. This experience felt like a deliberate way to extract extra money from customers!!

Be cautious if using the hotel's parking service. We paid for parking through the hotel but still had to pay an extra fee when leaving the garage. The hotel failed to resolve the issue and eventually stopped replying to our correspondence.

Loved it! Such a great finding. The location is superb, everything was pristine clean. The facilities have everything you need, the staff was helpful. Amazing place.

Great apartment right in the center of Granada, and appears to be freshly renovated, and with taste. Could easily house two adults with 2 to 3 kids. The place was clean and well equipped with a nice kitchen. One problem: You log in on a touch screen without front desk or any person around. Access requires one booking key, and two more keys to enter the building the appartment is in. The software got stuck because it assumed the default number of people. Fortunately, it is apparently monitored, and a friendly lady called me to walk me through, and called back. Was needed because her number got me into the building, but apparently wasn't updated either to enter the appartment. Anyway, after 40 min. all was fine. The log in is not a too big of a problem but annoying. Also, it would be nice to have a list of important numbers such a taxi, and a map with the bus system. Probably, the software will be ironed out but a friendly person at a desk has some charm.
