The hotel itself is good. Quiet, comfortable, REALLY nice bath. It's quite basic, but that's no problem if you just want a nice bed and air-conditioned space to sleep. The staff were what really impressed me though. Very friendly overall and then, when we checked out, we realized we had forgotten some jewelry in our room. I thought for sure it'd be gone forever, but the staff responded quickly to our WhatsApp messages and said they had found the jewelry. They helped us coordinate for them to be picked up by a courier service (we had already left the city). I was very impressed by this. THANK YOU!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a superior room which was a treat. There was complementary water and cava in the fridge. We had a lively vuew over to tge snow-capped mountains. The location is quite central and quiet. There was a very good choice for breakfast. We would stay here again.

I loved everything about Granada, and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the underground parking was convenient and well worth it. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 10/10!

Overall the hotel is great, it’s in a fantastic location, the staff is super friendly and the facilities are great as well. My only slight issue was that they have no irons, so anyone looking to iron their clothes cant do so at the hotel (unless paying for the laundry service). The breakfast could also be improved as there isn’t much variety. But in terms of room/stay absolutely no complaints.

The hotel are new. The room small but good. The breasfast are excellent. The location are a little far from the historic center, but take 10 to 15 minutes in taxis and around 6 to 7 dollars only. It’s a safe location.

We stay at room107, the room is clean, washroom is spacious，the shower water flow is very good. We used the late check-out service due to my husband’s sickness. The location is convenient after getting familiarized with local neighbourhood.

The room was nice but I like the breakfast it was priced well and had a variety of foods to eat. I'd probably go back simply based on my enjoyment of the breakfast buffet. The staff were all nice and the hotel was nice and clean also.

Very good location few minutes walk to city centre..brilliant swimming pool with spa, sauna, steam room and multiple smaller relaxing pool of different temperatures.. very friendly staff kept room spotless changed everything each morning.. would highly recommend
