Big thanks to Mr Janni and the front desk team. There were some hiccups, however, they were helpful and did their best to help resolve an issue for me. Holiday Inn Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, just steps from Huacheng Square and within walking distance of K11 Art Mall, IFC, the Opera House, Guangdong Museum, and even Canton Tower. The metro is only a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and great city views. Service is a standout feature here—the staff are friendly, attentive, and often go above and beyond to make your stay special. Amenities include a fitness center, washer, dryer and convenient business facilities. Overall, this hotel combines prime location, comfort, and exceptional service, making it a top recommendation for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would especially like to recognize Mr. Janni, the Manager at Holiday Inn Zhujiang New Town, for his truly exceptional hospitality and service. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, smooth, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, well-coordinated, and always available whenever I needed assistance — it genuinely felt like 24/7 support. Being away from home in a different country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Mr. Janni made my entire stay in China feel like a breeze. No request ever felt like too much trouble, and he consistently went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. This is the kind of genuine hospitality that makes you remember a hotel long after your stay. Five stars to Mr. Janni and the team for an outstanding experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel, especially because of the exceptional service I received.

Had a really solid stay at the Holiday Inn Guangzhou recently. Everything just worked smoothly—from the quick and efficient check-in to the clean, comfortable room. The bed was great, the room was well-maintained, and the whole place had a calm, relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. What stood out most, though, was the hospitality. I happened to ask the manager, Janni, whether they had an afternoon tea service—just a casual question, nothing more. He was super friendly, told me a bit about it, and then invited me to enjoy it right there. That kind of spontaneous warmth and genuine care really sets a hotel apart. Janni is clearly someone who takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Throughout my stay, he made a point to be present and attentive, never overbearing, just naturally good at making guests feel looked after. It’s rare to leave a hotel feeling like you’ve actually connected with the people there, but that was exactly the case this time. I left feeling properly rested and genuinely happy with the whole experience. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in Guangzhou.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 4 nights in Guangzhou for a family holiday and it was one of the best decisions! Starting with the location - this is within a short walk from the Mall of the World which meant you get a great view of Canton Tower and access to lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In terms of the hotel, it felt very new with the rooms being well maintained and in great condition. The staff at the reception and throughout were proactive and friendly which made our stay even more welcoming. The hotel also comes with great amenities like a gym and laundry room which we took full advantage of. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Guangzhou!

The hotel location is excellent, with the metro station just a short 200-meter walk away, making transportation very convenient. It is also close to shopping centers and food courts, which added great value to our stay.We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh and high-quality selections each morning. The service was exceptional- although we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time due to our flight schedule, the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in for us.A special thanks to Mr. Janni for being extremely supportive and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality and professionalism shown by the entire staff made our experience memorable. Highly recommended.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Zhujiang New Town was excellent from start to finish. The location is wonderfully convenient—right in the downtown heart of the city with easy access to local attractions, dining, and transportation. Everything feels within reach.The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was tidy and well-organized, exactly what you'd expect from a quality hotel. The room facilities met all my needs for a smooth stay.I have to give special recognition to Max at the reception desk. He was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond the standard service—he even took the time to print out some important documents for me that I needed. That kind of attentive, personalized service really makes a difference and shows the team genuinely cares about their guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Guangzhou. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The location was superb, in a close facility to a mall, a park, and several metro stations. The room was exceptionally comfortable, big and cozy, set up with great taste and functionality. The room service was superb. Watching a robot respectfully entering the elevator to deliver food to hotel guests was a great experience too. We enjoyed free water bottles and tea bags every day. We truly appreciated a great laundry room with a detergent being added up automatically. We have enjoyed a gym as well. The front desk staff was very efficient. The cleanliness of the premises was simply outstanding, like 200% instead of 100%! Any water stains on the floor were taken care of right away; it is so praiseworthy. Thank you, Holiday Inn Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town by IHG, for taking such a great care of your guests!
