Received a free room upgrade to one with a street view. Impeccable cleanliness and selection of pillows. Bus stop is right at the door step, easily accessible via lift from Exit 6 of the undergound tunnel (near exit C of metro)

Excellent hotel with good clean rooms, well serviced and maintained! Thoroughly recommend. We stayed for 5 days and travelled easily across Hangzhou by metro ( literally metres from The hotel door), bus and cab ! Great place to stay with good local amenities
