The room is huge, complete with a kitchenette, washing machine, sofas and a large living area perfect for play or packing luggage!Breakfast is good and it is located near the Century Park, which is right beside the Qiantang River. Ideal for families and you can end the day with a nice evening stroll along the riverside.The staff were very nice and even brought me to collect my parcel from a nearby collection station.

I had a really pleasant stay here and overall it was a wonderful experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the location, which is extremely convenient. It is situated in a very good area with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation, making it very comfortable for both short trips and longer stays. Getting around was effortless, and everything I needed was within reach.The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room felt cozy and relaxing, which made it a great place to rest after a long day outside. The facilities were also in good condition and everything worked smoothly during my stay.Another thing I really appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite being in such a convenient location, the environment was still quiet enough to relax and sleep well at night. This balance between accessibility and comfort made the stay even more enjoyable.Overall, I had a very positive experience here. The good location, comfortable environment, and smooth stay made everything easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I would happily come back again in the future.

Superb value for money, a solid Somerset. Very convenient if ur business is at Binjiang (the river) or Xiaoshan, but recommend elsewhere if u need to be at west lake everyday. Room wise, u won’t find anything better at this price in HZ. Also, very cool GM

Special thanks to Ann Xiao and Bruce Guo from front desk for understanding guest’s concern in cigarette smell and noise. Your initiative and effort made our stay here enjoyable and restful. We will return to Somerset IOC when we next visit Hangzhou again, because you have good staff like Ann who acts as great ambassador for the hotel.Room hardware is good. Staff are helpful.Areas for improvement: 1) Hotel should be more resolute in stopping guests smoking inside the room. Non-smoking rooms should be non-smoking rooms2) breakfast so so. Freshness of vegetables and fruits can be improved

Friendly reception and helpful staff! Good washer with dryer function and detergent provided. Close to airport and Hangzhoudong railway station. Breakfast is simple fare. Comfortable bed, spacious clean room with bedroom slippers and shower toiletries provided. Not sure if toothbrush is provided as I didnt see any.

had a very comfortable stay at Somerset IOC Hangzhou. The apartment-style room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. The services apartments aren’t bad. They have everything you need and the rooms are very clean. However, there seem to be a bunch of businesses that operate out of the hotel rooms, or at least it appears that way. As a result you spend ages waiting for the elevator. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, they should really enforce their non-smoking policies. People from one of the businesses on our floor smoked constantly, and the smell often drifted into our room. It’s pretty disgusting for people who don’t smoke.
