Excellent hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments which were extremely clean and spacious. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a group of 10 who are vegetarian and do not consume eggs and dining staff helped with making bread and pancakes to suit our requirements. We had an excellent stay and my only point of feedback would be to have more readily available options for Indian families and especially for kids such as eggless muffins, donuts etc to make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff took this on board and were receptive to ideas which was excellent to see.

The hotel room is so spacious and sparkling clean. I like it has both washing machine and dryerReception staff are professional yet friendly The pool is comfy and gym is spacious with a lot of equipment Breakfast was fine not the best one I had in Hanoi but acceptable The only down side is it’s far away from the tourist spots.

The rooms are as described and are big. The staff is super friendly. The gym was solid for a hotel gym and we could get our workout done. Most people didn’t use the pool so we were lucky we good swim a few laps. The beds were super comfortable. The location is far off from the center, but with grab just 20 minutes and it’s more comfortable to stay outside of the ever moving traffic. You really get what you pay for and I wound definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful time with my family! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes, the rooms were spacious, luxurious and fully equipped, and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is extremely convenient for traveling to the airport or to the National Convention Center! I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my future business trips!

I had a wonderful stay at Fraser Residence Hanoi. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and it's clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards throughout the property. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Another highlight is the beautiful park right in front of the hotel. It's perfect for a peaceful walk, a morning jog, or a refreshing run, making it easy to stay active while enjoying the fresh air and green surroundings. I highly recommend Fraser Residence Hanoi to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I would be happy to return on my next visit to Hanoi.

This hotel was recommended by my colleagues who are frequent travellers to Hanoi. Its location makes it a good choice for business travellers who need relatively close distance to the airport. The equipment and service of this hotel are exceptional and I was surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room at the check-in counter. However, I believe there are errors in the system which indicated that I booked a room without breakfast but in fact i did. In the end I was still offered breakfast at the hotel.

Fraser Residence is my go to place for the past 4 years it’s a spacious, newly built and convenient fully equipped apartment close to the airport. Điền Trần has been my go to person all the time I’m staying. He is courteous, helpful and always going out of his way to make sure everything is in place and I get everything I need for my stay. I would highly recommend this place for price, value, comfort and service quality,

It has been a while since I came back for a business trip. The area is more developed with a variety of restaurant within walking distance. Yet atmosphere at FRH still welcoming and peaceful. Glad to see Ann and Mimi remembers me after a long time.
