I always stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi whenever I’m in Hanoi for business, and I’ve returned many times. The spacious rooms, excellent service, and friendly staff make every stay comfortable. It truly feels like my home away from home. Highly recommended!

Fraser Suites – Executive One-Bedroom (B Tower) I stayed here twice within a fortnight (9 nights total), and I honestly cannot fault the experience. The executive one‑bedroom apartment was exceptionally well set up, with all the small but important necessities that make long-term travel comfortable. For us, travelling through Vietnam for an extended period, simple items like scissors, a toaster, and proper mugs made a surprising difference. The staff across the entire property were consistently friendly and professional. A special mention to Ashley, who was always attentive and incredibly supportive whenever I needed assistance. I’d also like to acknowledge Lucy and Naomi, I didn’t interact with them as much, but they were equally worthy of recognition. Dining We ate at Chicken Society about five or six times, and every meal was outstanding — great value, consistently fast service, and reliably delicious food. Facilities Gym: Well equipped with all the basics needed for a solid workout. Rooftop Pool: Excellent atmosphere. There’s a DJ on weekends (Saturday or Sunday — can’t recall which). The only downside is the large number of day users on weekends and public holidays. I’d suggest considering a limit on external guests. Food and drinks are great, slightly pricey but still reasonable. The surrounding area is also a highlight, with fantastic coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and a dessert shop that’s an absolute must‑try. You are 15 minutes from the Old Quarter, and I personally enjoyed the calmer pace and the lake views.

I had very high hopes for this place because the photos look beautiful. The room was much smaller than it looked online but it was still nice. The beds were comfy and the shower had really good pressure. |The breakfast was average. There wasn’t much selection and not very big. |The free bus into the city centre was great and the lady on reception was lovely. |The poor rating is because it was so noisy. When we got to our room after check in we had to call reception to ask why there wasn’t such loud music because we couldn’t work out where it was coming from. She told us in is the gym at the front of the building. If you like getting woken up at 5:30am with music or if you like hearing people running at 10:30 at night, then this is the place for you. They didn’t offer to change rooms for us or even mention that there wasn’t a gym that could cause noise disruptions. |Hotels should inform guests about recurring things that happen so customers can make informed decisions

Had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi with my family. Although the hotel is not located right in the city center, the peaceful atmosphere made up for it. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which felt cozy, spacious, and comfortable. The décor is a bit classic, but it added to the homely charm. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Ashlee, who was incredibly friendly and showed us many interesting things during our visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Hanoi.

We travelled with our 3.5 year old daughter and experience was exceptional. - Super Clean - Cooking Facility with cookware, cutlery, glasses, rice cooker & toaster. - Microwave and Oven. So you are sorted as vegetarian. - Washing Machine & Dryer, Refrigerator, cloths drying stand. Was very convenient as we need to pack less and we can reuse cloths. - Breakfast is good. They have few pure veg options which they can prepare on demand like pasta, salads, fried rice, sandwich and potato wedges. - Location wise they have a 24*7 convenience store 300 meters to locality. Also this is within a small mall, so you can buy few things from grocery store. - We booked a full day cab to ninh binh via hotel, they charged 100USD for 3 locations. This is a bit costly but given comfort we were okay. Also car was in great condition and driver was very helpful. - Last but not the least, the staff was very helpful and they made every effort to make our stay awesome. A big thanks 😊 Note: Don't forget to try rooftop bar in evening. 🤪

Highly recommend staying here if you are on business travel or vacation. Service was amazing and staff really friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was also decent. I would rather recommend staying here than Old quarters if you do not want to be in the middle of touristy and market crowded place… lot of restaurants around Fraser suites and Old quarters is just 10-12mins away by Grab… I’m certainly staying here again on my next visit to Vietnam.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Ashlee for her excellent service. She was very friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Her warm attitude and thoughtful support made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Ashlee truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate her hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to have the pleasure of meeting Ashlee again on my next stay!

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The room was spotless, the bed and linens were very comfortable, and overall we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, at check-out we were charged 500,000 VND for one tall drinking glass that we accidentally broke and immediately reported to the staff. We fully understand paying for a broken item, but this amount felt extremely excessive, both by Vietnamese and Western standards. It was a disappointing ending to an otherwise excellent experience.
