I stay at this hotel every time I visit on business. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I have never experienced any issues with the staff—the service is consistently pleasant and stress-free. There is a convenience store located in the lobby on the ground floor, and a large supermarket as well as a shopping mall are within walking distance, making it very convenient for shopping and daily necessities. If you want to visit the main tourist attractions, you will usually need to use Grab, but that is not much of a hassle. While the hotel may not offer anything particularly exceptional or luxurious, it does everything well. Overall, I think it is a solid and reliable choice with a good balance of comfort and convenience.

Amazing experience overall. Anh and Phuong have been very kind and helpful. I am impressed with their service, attention, and care. Facilities are also very beautiful, comfortable, and classy. The Mason Privee and the room offer spaces to relax, rest, and have a good quiet, quality time.

Beautiful hotel with an exceptional experience from start to finish. The building and lobby are absolutely stunning, and our stay in the Mason Privée luxury suite made it even more memorable—I highly recommend it. We booked through Booking.com, which made the entire process seamless. The room itself was spotless, well-lit, and perfectly air-conditioned. The bathroom and shower were top quality, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush yet supportive pillows that made for an amazing night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, offering a buffet-style selection with a wide variety of options that seemed to change daily. Be sure not to miss the afternoon tea—it was a highlight of our stay. From the relaxing background music to the elegant lounge setting and delicious snacks and tea, everything was thoughtfully done. The location is also very convenient, with a large shopping center right next door—only about a one-minute walk away—which made grabbing anything we needed incredibly easy. The only small improvement I’d suggest is making water more readily available throughout the hotel, especially in common areas. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special shoutout to Ly during afternoon tea for making the experience even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful business trip here! 🤩 The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the staff were all so kind. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and I loved having so many restaurants on-site. The room service, including catering, was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be back! 💖👍
