I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything from the location to the staff and overall service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.What impressed me the most was their kindness during my travel schedule. I had requested breakfast earlier than their usual timing without expecting much, but they truly surprised me by preparing a wonderful breakfast parcel for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their guests.The stay was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the location was perfect for travelers. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, specifically for its incredible staff. My friends and I left our luggage there after checkout, planning to return to it the following day for a Ha Long Bay cruise. When that was cancelled, long after we had left Hanoi, the staff immediately contacted us to help us to find a hotel for the night back in Hanoi even though their own hotel was fully booked. They then held our stuff a full extra day. When we finally came back, they offered us tea, dessert, and helped to arrange a car for the airport. I want to specifically thank Linh, who was just absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend any La Siesta property and this one in particular. We also got a free upgrade the day of simply because a better room had become available!

Because of our prior experience with La Siesta Premium Saigon we decided to book La Siesta Premium Hang Be in Hanoi. And it was the best choice! Located perfectly in the old quarter but with a quiet and calm atmosphere inside the hotel we enjoyed our stay with our 10 month old baby so much. Linh Pham, our guest manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We got a wonderfully decorated room and had two perfect massages at the La Spa. For dinner we went to the restaurant with a skyline view over Hanoi and the food was delicious. Linh had also some sweet treat for us because of our wedding anniversary. All the staff made us feel special and were so kind to our baby. We highly recommend La Siesta Premium Hang Be if you want to have a the best stay in Hanoi! This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Hospitality — A Hotel That Truly Goes Above and Beyond!** Our experience at La Siesta Premium Hang Be in Hanoi was outstanding from beginning to end. What really impressed my wife and me was the genuine hospitality and willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Before checking in, we had arranged for the hotel to hold our two large, heavy suitcases while we traveled to Sapa for a few days. They graciously accommodated our request and took excellent care of our luggage. This was a tremendous help and made our travels so much easier. It was also a wonderful first impression of the hotel's commitment to customer service. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, professional, and eager to assist. We always felt welcomed and appreciated. We would especially like to recognize **Mr. Duong Tran, the Front Office Captain**, for his exceptional assistance. We encountered a frustrating reservation issue with Vietnam Airlines involving an upcoming flight, and despite our repeated attempts, we were unable to reach the airline ourselves. Mr. Tran stepped in, personally helped us contact Vietnam Airlines, and assisted in resolving the booking issue. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help with

Our stay at La Siesta Hang Be was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth that it immediately felt like coming home. The location couldn't be more perfect. Situated right in the vibrant heart of the Old Quarter, everything you could possibly need is just steps away—surrounded by incredible food spots and even a convenient 24-hour laundry service right across the street (literally 10 meters away!). We booked connecting rooms for our stay, and we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, complete with comprehensive amenities and wonderfully cool air conditioning—a true sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Special mention goes to the housekeeping team: they were astonishingly fast and efficient! We would step out for just a brief moment, only to return to a fresh, impeccably tidied room. A very special shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Thu Le from sales, who took care of us right from the moment we landed at Noi Bai Airport. She seamlessly arranged all our transportation and our incredible tour in Sapa all the way to our stay at La Siesta. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to all the front-line staff—especially Quan, who went the extra mile to take great care of us throughout our trip—as well as the wonderful receptionists and staff members whose names we couldn't mention individually. Everyone consistently went out of their way to be helpful, kind, and attentive. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories. We had a very pleasant stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be during our visit to Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel facilities were clean and thoughtfully designed. What impressed us most was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever we had questions or requests. We especially appreciate Linh Pham, who took great care of us throughout our stay. She was responsive, attentive, and helped make our experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, La Siesta is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Hanoi with warm and reliable service. We would happily stay here again on a future visit. I usually don't like to comment but this time I would like to show appreciation to the nice and great service of their staff. Despite I had a early checkin, they try to arrange room for me asap. They even offer upgrading room to their newer sister hotel and noticed all my room requirements like willing for a quiet room. Very thoughtful staff. What's better is that I'm really thankful that the staff let me borrow their spa shower room, after checking out,in a spa out of service time. I didn't expect much but they provide help promptly and throughly with the male staff guiding and carrying my luggages all along, providing towels that I didn't ask for. They are really so considerate and helpful. Thank you.

I stayed at this downtown hotel for the final night of my trip to Hanoi, and the experience was incredibly warm and far beyond my expectations. The service was fantastic from the moment I checked in. Ms. Ruby at the front desk was attentive and welcoming. She greeted me with welcome drinks and fresh fruits right away, patiently recommended local eateries and tourist spots, and told me how to explore the Old Quarter. She even offered a complimentary room upgrade. Her sincere and friendly attitude left me deeply impressed. Since I had an early morning flight home, the hotel thoughtfully prepared packed breakfast boxes in advance for me. Everything was well-organized and ready when I checked out at dawn, which was such a considerate gesture. It is not a big international chain hotel, yet the rooms were spotlessly clean with strong, cool air conditioning, plus welcome fruits were provided daily. I booked the windowless room this time, and the experience was already wonderful. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Hanoi and upgrade to a room with a window. The location is absolutely superb: it is just one street away from the night market. Hoan Kiem Lake and the water puppet theatre are all within walking distance, making sightseeing around the city extremely convenient. Before I departed, the hotel gifted me local Vietnamese drip coffee as a souvenir. Full of thoughtful little touches, this is my top pick for a short stay exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
