We really enjoyed our stay at T-Boutique, the room was a good size, clean, and quiet.|Poetry of selection at breakfast. |But what made the hotel was the excellent attentive service from Duong who was always on hand to help with luggage, address any questions and hood open the door with a smile.

Had a great stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to explore Hanoi and get around the city. The room was nice and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The service was excellent and everything felt convenient and comfortable. Definitely a good choice for anyone visiting Hanoi. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

T Boutique Hotel Hanoi.. What a wonderful hotel, furnished in the most pleasant way I have ever seen. Spacious rooms with a large and comfortable shower room. The cleanliness is exceptional. The breakfast is exceptional, simply good and delicious. The staff is one of the best I have ever met in hotels around the world I have visited. I must say that at the reception every time I arrive I receive a welcome that makes me feel welcome and safe. I feel at home here. I must say that Miss Trang PhoungAnh is one of the best receptionists I have met, the treatment I received from her was truly exceptional and always in the most pleasant way. Her name is also Alice. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. And I will always continue to stay there with great pleasure every time I am in Hanoi for a short visit or while passing through.

Nice location, the hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast has range of selection. We had really good stay here. We were really appreciated Giang in the reception helping us with everything. She is really patient and helpful. Will come back again, highly recommended.

T Boutique was our first stop in Vietnam and it honestly set the tone for the whole trip. From the second we got there we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The best part of our stay was Nicholas. He went so far above and beyond for us and made such a big impact on our experience. He didn’t just help us check in or answer basic questions, he really took time to talk with us, explain things about Vietnam, and give us recommendations that actually made our trip better. It felt genuine, like he truly cared about us having a good experience and not just doing his job. After a long travel day it was so refreshing to meet someone with that kind of energy and kindness. Starting our trip like that made everything feel easier and more exciting. It helped us feel comfortable right away in a completely new country. We’re really grateful for that and for him. If you’re staying here, you’re lucky, and if you’re coming to Vietnam this is such a good place to start your trip!

The T Boutique is a lovely hotel with easy access to everything you need in Hanoi. The staff are so helpful and happy, especially the doorman, Duong. He had great recommendations for food and helped with our laundry at the shop nearby. Always ready to look after our luggage and open the door for us, always with a welcoming smile.

When we arrived at the T Boutique Hotel, we were greeted by Duong and Alice they were both fantastic , the hotel is in a central location, the rooms are big and spacious and clean. Duong is fantastic at his job and always anticipated our needs . Highly recommend and will visit again .
