I am a solo traveller and spent 7 nights at the hotel. Things that I really like about the executive king room is, it equipped with a 1.7L kettle, and the water tap was at a comfortable height that my hand could easily reach, not too low. The refrigerator is cold enough, and the bed is comfortable. The slippers given is rubber, non slippery. There are many friendly staff members, Neoh, Owen, Hoa, Paul, Jerry, Tom, Dzung, Tien and many others whose names I cannot remember, but I truly appreciate their hospitality. The drawback is they miss my welcome amenities as Accor member. Anyway, with so many plus points, I will absolutely return to this hotel again. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Amazing stay!! I booked this hotel because I was looking for a place near My Dinh and noticed it was part of the Accor group. I didn’t have high expectations, but it turned out to be much better than I expected. I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The Executive Lounge was nice, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. What impressed me the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. I had stayed at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Suite room just before this, but I honestly found the reception staff & House keeping here to be even warmer and more welcoming. The laundry service was also very convenient—they came to collect my laundry every morning. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a hotel with spacious rooms near My Dinh, I highly recommend Mövenpick West Hanoi.

Having stayed here twice, I am thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality, elegant modern design, and impeccably clean rooms. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel truly welcome. Conveniently located with top tier amenities, it is always a absolute pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. I will definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Location is great, with an easy and quick access from the airport. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and very comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We had our dinner at the restaraunt. Food was delicious, and service was just excellent. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

I arrived in the afternoon at the Mövenpick Hanoi Living West. I was welcomed by the front office team who assisted me with the check in. I was early for check in, but they made sure my room was ready and I had an amazing room with bath.|The lunch in the restaurant was amazing. They have great salads.|The swimming pool is nice and cool and very quiet. The chocolate hour is delicious and also the vip treatment in the room. I had a great dinner in the restaurant and when returning to my room I was surprised with a great gift and turn down service.|The entire team is extremely friendly from the Housekeeping team and their manager, the general manager, front office, F&B manager and his team.|Durning my very early check out the Night Shift team was very helpful with my check out. I will return and a big Thank You!

I have stayed at the Mövenpick Living West Hanoi several times. I always enjoy returning there thanks to its great location, away from the tourist district. It is easily accessible via Grab, bus, and metro, while allowing you to avoid the massive traffic jams of the city center. The level of service and facilities is perfect for a long stay (indoor pool, fitness center, executive lounge, etc.), and social events are regularly organized (such as chocolate-themed afternoon snacks). The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very clean, with highly responsive and efficient room service available via WhatsApp. I would particularly like to thank Mr. Dzung for his warm welcome upon my arrival and for his friendly greetings whenever we crossed paths. I also want to thank Ms. Anh at the lobby for her availability and efficiency in handling my requests, as well as her colleagues Mr. Vince and Mr. Paul. Last but not least, I would especially like to commend Ms. Huong, Ms. Hao, Ms. Quilly, Ms. Ly, Mr. Nick, and Mr. Owen for the quality of their service, their smiles, and their hospitality in the Executive Lounge and the restaurant. I look forward to returning soon, and I am even going to extend the Mövenpick experience by booking the Mövenpick Hotel Brussels Airport for the first time—instead of my usual hotel—during my next trip to Belgium!

3.5 stars. Generally, the stay was alright - the room was clean but very small and cramped. Maybe nothing wrong with the room but for the three nights I was there, I did not sleep well any of the nights. Bed was on the hard side so that could have impacted my sleep. Breakfast was USD 18 per person per day. My stay got off to a very bad start though as the staff (who also was quite aggressive when she brought up the below point) at the check-in counter tried to tell me and my partner that we have to pay an extra charge because we have two people. It was crazy ridiculous because the price we paid was for the room and not per person and rooms should operate on a double occupancy basis. Certainly for a hotel like Movenpick, that was expected. I replied that this was very unreasonable and unexpected for a hotel like Movenpick - eventually she said there was no need to pay any extra. It was quite shocking. If not for the above unpleasant experience, I would have rated the experience one star higher. Other feedback - soundproofing is also bad and you can hear the footsteps and chatter outside of the room really clearly. When I asked the staff for recommendations on cafes or food in the area, she replied me flatly to say that there was nothing in the area to offer. That was another shocker. Plus point: from 4-5pm every day, there is complimentary chocolate fondue to enjoy at the lobby. For noting if you are in the hotel at that time!

For a hotel that belongs to the Accor group and displays a 5-star rating plaque from the tourism authority at the entrance, the service attitude was neither warm nor friendly. The room was also poorly soundproofed — even with the door closed, we could clearly hear conversations from the hallway. With a room rate of over 3 million VND per night, the service quality and facilities do not match the price. I would recommend that other guests consider choosing a different hotel where the service quality is more consistent with the amount of money you pay.
