Google· 3 months agoWe stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Hanoi. The rooftop bar is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well kept, the breakfast buffet is 10/10 the best I’ve ever seen. When we stayed here unfortunately my husband got food poisoning (unrelated to the hotel), they took such phenomenal care of him while he was recovering. They checked on him, brought him food and tea, gave us recommendations for a pharmacy, and let us switch rooms so we could check out later. Jess at the reception was the most caring staff member I’ve ever met. She pulled every string to make us comfortable.

Google· 3 months agoAn amazing stay here at the Peridot! Perfectly situated in the old town and everything is about 20-30 mins walk from here! It has food and shops all within a few minutes walk. It is a beautiful building with the lobby and rooms giving a classic, luxurious feel! Our room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pool area was lovely, if a little busy at peak times but great and quiet in the evening. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with the hotel being very accommodating of my gluten free diet! The staff were so lovely and even left us a little surprise in the room, which we really appreciated!! Would definitely stay here again in this little piece of relaxation in busy Hanoi ☺️

Google· 2 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. ❤️ The hotel is beautifully designed, the location is excellent for exploring the city, and the rooms are comfortable, stylish, and very well maintained. What impressed us most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. We were staying in Hanoi for our honeymoon, and the staff made us feel especially welcome and helped make our stay truly memorable. From the service to the atmosphere, everything was excellent. A beautiful hotel in the heart of Hanoi that we would happily recommend to anyone visiting the city. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇻🇳

Google· 3 months agoI was a little confused with some of the negative reviews of this hotel as I had nothing but a perfect stay here for 2 nights. I found the rooms to be perfect, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was big. Sadly I didn’t use the bathtub as I spent most of my time outdoors. The pool was great although the area for sun loungers was small so it’s easy to not have any sun loungers available but the pool gets quiet at around 5ish pm. The location of the hotel is right in the center of old Hanoi. Upon arriving at the location, it can be a bit deceiving but one you walk through, you get greeted by a rather grand entrance. Also, banh mi 25 is round the corner along with the famous Train street. You can actually see the train ride through from the pool at night. There was a large selection of food for breakfast and it was always fresh. I actually don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel, even the mini bar was stocked up with good drinks and snacks like toblerone, mars bars and soft drinks and chips.

Trip.com· a year agoPerfect little touch for my husband’s birthday. The staffs were accommodating and very professional. Reception was great too. We arrived about 8pm and we didn’t have to wait long before the Check in process was completed, was ushered to a relaxing and comfortable room soon after. The room is spacious and basic amenities was there. I definitely enjoyed the pool but the jacuzzi has not been working for the entire time of my stay. There was no attendant to ask questions too though. Overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast was great such a lovely spread.

Tripadvisor· a month agoWe had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Every staff member was kind, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything we tried was delicious. We would also like to give a special thanks to Jess for helping us find my missing T-shirt. She was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, and even gave us a cute souvenir, which was such a lovely surprise! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We hope to come back again in the future!

Google· 3 months agoMy friends and I stayed here (2 rooms with 2 people per room), and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Upon checking into our room, Jess explained all the amenities and welcomed us so warmly. Without getting into too much detail, one of my friends and I were waiting for two separate items to come in the mail (mailed to the hotel). There were some issues that the hotel staff and Jess helped us sort. Every staff member we interacted with at this hotel was beyond warm and kind. The rooftop pool was also so lovely. We loved swimming in the evenings after a full day of adventure. We could not recommend this hotel more, and I want to give a huge shout out to Jess who made our stay memorable. She also gave us great local recommendations!

Google· 4 months agoBest hotel we stayed at in Hanoi – a true 5-star experience! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was beautifully appointed. I never normally use the hotel shampoo and conditioner, but these were amazing—every bit as good as my Redken products and they smelt even better! The rooftop bar is the perfect place to unwind with an evening cocktail, and the location is excellent, with easy access to everything you want to see in Hanoi. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.
