The hotel is located in an excellent spot, with everything within walking distance. It is a great place to relax and get some rest. Everything is wonderful, and I slept very well. The hotel is also modern and exceptionally clean, and the bed is fantastic. For breakfast, they have a restaurant that feels like a small café. It is not very large, but the selection of options is very good, and the coffee is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the girl who checked me in at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Pretty much every major attraction was within walking distance of the hotel. The room was warm and comfortable. I liked the variety at the morning breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s a small boutique hotel. Excellent location with so much around and easy to walk everywhere. We booked a family suite and it was really quite large. Great restaurant and lovely little lobby bar. Super friendly service throughout our stay and overall was such good value for money.

We are on a self tour of 6 countries. So far 2 of the 4 hotels we’ve booked have essentially cancelled our reservations made in January 2026 on the day we were to check in. One of the hotels was the Lila Roberts hotel in Helsinki. We arrived at Lila Roberts at around 1pm on our check-in date. We were told check-in was 3pm so we said we’d have lunch and return later. Reception instead suggested that they could provide us a room immediately if we went to another hotel, the Haven Hotel. Confused we asked if they were overbooked. We were told “no” but they just needed to juggled a few things around. We were told we had a room and could still check-in at 3pm but they kept insisting the Haven was an upgrade and that we should move there. We asked qualifying questions about the Haven and reception simply brought up the Havens website on her phone to show us. All very unprofessional. In the end we moved afraid we’d be without any accommodations when we returned at 3 pm. The Haven was rated as a 5 star hotel but lacked many convenient amenities. If you wanted slippers you had to get them yourself in the reception area, no bellboy to help with luggage, stairs everywhere throughout the hotel making luggage transport a challenge. Breakfast was in a separate building up 3 flights of stairs that you accessed via an outdoor courtyard. While the rooms were comfortable and the location was good, the old style of the place did not appeal. All in all we were disappointed with how Lila Roberts handled the situation and would not recommend anyone booking with them in fear their reservations would not be honoured.

Stayed 2 nights at the end of June. The bedroom and bathroom were both excellent. We had no view as the room overlooked a central courtyard. No doubt rooms overlooking the street cost extra. |The choice of food and drink at breakfast was excellent. The vibe in the breakfast room was really c, especially when it wasn’t too busy. |We ate in the restaurant both nights. Food was good and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. |If we ever return to Helsinki we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Lilla Roberts is an absolutely stunning hotel in a convenient location in Helsinki. The service was professional and courteous, and they graciously accommodated our request for early check-in which was most helpful. Do not miss out on the expertly crafted cocktails in the bar because I had the best cocktail I have ever had there.

really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with a stylish atmosphere and very comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. The attached restaurant, Krog Roba, was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The only downside was the air conditioning. It did not cool the room sufficiently, and it became humid during the middle of the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff kindly offered to move me to another room, but they explained that the air conditioning throughout the hotel would not go below 23°C (73°F), so changing rooms likely would not have solved the issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel during the cooler months. However, if you’re visiting Helsinki in the summer, you may want to consider another property if you prefer a cooler sleeping environment.

The folks at the kitchen, mainly the bald friendly guy, made our stay super special. He over heard we talking about my birthday and he brought us a glass of wine. He exemplify the true hospitality spirit. The room was spotlessly clean and smells really nice. The interior designer definitely derserves an extra pay because they did a fantastic job
