My husband, friend and I loved this hotel! We are frequent travelers around the world and are particular about where we stay. The Lapland Hotel in Helsinki is truly exceptional. The staff is very friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. The ambiance is calm, aesthetically pleasing, cozy, had candles, dim lights and it reflects Lapland. It felt like we’d been transported there. Our rooms had an abundance of light, comfy beds and even Lapland music piped into the room. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. You name it, they offer it. We dined there the 3 nights we stayed there and the food and wine were delicious with unique offerings. We hated to leave! We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Lapland Hotel for a magnificent stay in Helsinki.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I have traveled to many countries and this has become one of my favorite places to stay. Staff The staff was very helpful and polite. From check in to check out they made the stay comfortable and you always felt taken care of. Atmosphere They did an excellent job to bring a cozy lodge feel to city center. It was very relaxing whether you sat in the lobby, restaurant, or outside. Room We booked a room with a sauna and it was worth it. The room has the same cozy lodge feel, clean and beautifully decorated. The sauna had the hot stones steam which was very relaxing. The bathroom had enough room for two people and bed was very comfortable. Restaurant The food was excellent. We ordered the chef's menu and the flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced. The waitress was attentive but gave us space to just enjoy a nice evening. We never felt rushed. A must try!

This was a lovely Hotel, the eye for detail was exceptional. We had a room with a sauna which was fantastic - the room was spacious and the decor was great. There was an eclectic selection available for breakfast - lots of healthy juices, traditional dishes along with traditional continental options and cereals. My family have allergies and they were very accommodating. The location was central and as Helsinki is so walkable it was so convenient to get everywhere. We arrived by boat and it was only a 10 minute drive by Bolt taxi (£6). Highly recommend this hotel and we will visit again.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. After our Baltic cruise, we were welcomed with an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm Nordic atmosphere that is elegant, peaceful and incredibly relaxing. Our room was immaculate, spacious and featured a private sauna, making our stay even more special. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with an excellent selection of fresh products and unique Finnish specialties. Every morning felt like a culinary experience rather than simply breakfast, and the relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect way to start the day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, professional and attentive, always making us feel genuinely welcome. We left with beautiful memories and would not hesitate to stay here again. Lapland Hotels Bulevardi is more than just an excellent hotel—it offers an authentic Finnish experience defined by warmth, quality and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

As a global traveller, I hold very high standards for hotels. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and this hotel delivers perfectly on both. It boasts an absolutely fantastic location with excellent transport connections for getting around Helsinki. I can highly recommend this property. Should I return to Helsinki in the future, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

We loved a lot about this hotel, but a couple of things did spoil it.|On the plus side. Great location. Breakfasts were wonderful, the variety of food was amazing. Room was quiet and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were superb.|A couple of things we did not like: minor one was there is no storage space for clothes in the room, hanging space yes, cupboards and draws no. A major inconvenience was the bathroom it’s huge but only one light switch and all the doors are glass as is the wall between it and the bedroom with a transparent curtain, so no privacy and if you used the loo at night the light switch switches all the lights on and wakes others up.

We just spent five weeks travelling Europe and this was the best hotel we stayed in by a long way. First time we have stayed somewhere with a sauna in the room which was cool, and the woodland style music playing on the TV was a nice touch as well. The bed was sensational and the breakfast, which was included, was awesome too. Every staff member we interacted with were amazing, especially Sara at breakfast, and we will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in Helsinki. Thank you!
