Location and the breakfast were the highlights of this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable. Breakfast was definitely worth it. And the location is ideal being right next to the main train station in Helsinki making it easy to get to most places. We would stay again.

A minutes walk from the central railway station, right in the heart of Helsinki. Most tourist sites are walking distance. Theres 2 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk which was very convenient especially since breakfast wasnt included with my room. Upon arriving in my room I was concerned at the proximity of the railway station and bus station immediatetly outside my room but the room was sound proof, noise was never an issue. The room was brand new, kept very clean. I also used the gym multiple times, not a lot of equipment in there but was always empty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

I don't rate things unless they are exceptional, either good or bad. But this hotel is pretty amazing. It is right in the middle of Helsinki, right next to the bus plaza and about 3 minutes walk to the main train station. Service was outstanding, our room was small, but that is what we wanted, very clean, and best of all it was QUIET!! Gor being in the middle of the city we did not expect that!! And honestly, they have the best breakfast bar I have ever seen!! Gluten free choices abound ( for my wife) and the abundance of choices is unbelievable! I guess you get the idea. It was simply amazing. United States hotels could learn from this hotel. It is simply worth it.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, conveniently located next to the Central Station in the center of Helsinki. Close to many tram lines and the airport tram, it was very easy to get to even trying to get our bearings in a new city. The hotel itself is new, modern, clean and sleek. The tub was a delight at night to sit and soak in to ease your muscles after a day of walking around the city. Good service. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet with good views of the city. Breakfast is a bit steep, but has a good variety of foods and even has gluten/dairy-free section, and prices on food in Helsinki in general are quite steep. Wish they had more umbrellas for use. Overall, a great stay.

Great location next to the train station, but we did not hear a single train so don't worry about that! Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and modern rooms. Fully wheelchair accessible hotel and the accessible room had everything I needed as well, all was up to standards. We slept well, no complaints. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

A good contemporary design newly refurbished hotel that is good compromise between economical and comfortable choice. Good Points: excellent location near public transport, shopping and dining, neat and clean, polite and helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, and check out at 12 noon. Bad Points: breakfast buffet closes @ 9:30am, Sauna only available between 6-10 pm, Bidet shower hose too far from the toilet and only functional if you get up from the toilet to turn it ON and then drag to the toilet and reverse the action after finished (so inconvenient), the mattress enhancer moved away from the bed each time to turn in your sleep, the shower control knobs slippery and do not turn once your hand are soapy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist and staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially the male Indian manager that assist me on Tuesday morning, 18 Aug —I’m sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for your excellent service and assistance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very strategic location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Keep up the great work and vibes!

The best aspect of this hotel is the central location in Helsinki. If you give value to the location, this is the place for you. The hotel facilities are pretty new and clean. The breakfast had enough of options to choose from and all I had was of good quality. I liked the opportunity for sauna and gym. However, the room's shower seemed extremely weak/broken and it was not fixed. The TV in the room says you can cast content from your phone, but it does not work and it was not fixed. You have to separately notify to the reception in order to get your room cleaned up, not mentioned at check-in. And you have to book a slot for your breakfast instead of just popping up in the morning during the breakfast time window, which is ok, but you have to plan a bit.
