Clean, Cozy and close to the central station and everything. Very good for the money when you think about how expensive everything is in Northern Europe.All the staffs I met were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was also amazing.Try their oldest elevator located in the centre of the building.

Stayed at Torni for a long weekend Friday to Tuesday.|When rating I consider room/sleep and breakfast.|Room was nice, clean and decent size for a double in Helsinki. I was on the 3rd floor, unfortunately due to hotel location, the noise from local clubs, bars, revving cars and motorcycles, just made it impossible to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. 3.30 am all goes finally quiet. Subsequent nights were better. Keep in mind if you’re a weekend visitor.|Breakfast was nice with good selection.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we had heard that visiting its rooftop bar, Torni, was not to be missed. The bar opens daily from noon, so we decided to stop by.|We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who was working on 17 August. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but I believe it started with “M.” She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional, and made us feel very welcome.|Based on her recommendations, we ordered three mocktails and one cocktail. All were delicious, well presented and definitely worth the price.|Thank you for such a lovely experience. A great spot to visit in Helsinki, even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

We had a very nice room, large and clean. Enjoyed the full breakfast buffet, the rooftop bar and the outdoor bar area off the lobby. Lobby decor was quite "Finnish." We walked to nearby restaurants and to the market square. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

The room was very disappointing, so small I couldn't set up an ironing board! TV was on the side of the bed. Very basic too (e.g. no coffee machine, no air conditioning). There are only a few tiny lifts for all guests, which means that you'll wait a long time! The staff are lovely and the hotel is well located, but the rooms are closer to about 3 stars. It's definitely NOT a luxury hotel! Nice enough rooftop bar, with a small glass of wine for 16 euro!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Very clean and cute rooms, delicious breakfast. The staff is really kind and knowledgeable. Their terrace bar is so cool - unbelievable views! Will stay there again for sure!

This hotel is unique . It has very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and great gym situated down town close to the railway station and very central. The building is very quirky as it is old but has a modern feel inside. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Landmark of the city on perfect location - about 100 m / 300 ft from Narinkkatori. Got smallest room on discount offer €102 vs €166 normal price without breakfast. Rooms need touch up (repainting, scuffs fixing on cubboards); to me €166/night sounds too much in current condition (even in Helsinki and building being national cultural heritage site).
