The rainiest stretch runs from May through October, with frequent downpours and high humidity. November is a transition month with fewer rain days, making it a decent shoulder option.
District 1 is the central hub, ideal for first-timers and those wanting easy access to landmarks like Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Walking Street. District 3, just north, offers a quieter, more local feel with tree-lined streets and cafes. For a more residential stay, District 2's An Phu area suits families and longer visits. Tân Bình is convenient for its proximity to the airport, though it's less central.
