Really great rooms and nice outdoor pool. Service was good. "The Pantry" on every floor is a really nice touch; with an espresso machine that actually makes good, various types of coffee. Also has various snacks/ fresh fruit throughout the day, as well as unlimited high tech filtered water. It's unfortunate that the gym the hotel was in partnership with is going through restructuring ( probably bankruptcy). Guests used to have access to California Centuryon Fitness, but not for the time being... if it ever actually reopens. In the meantime, at least there's still a small weight room. Recommend!

Fusion Original Saigon Centre was such a lovely part of my visit to Saigon. The hotel has a distinctive style and personality, with beautiful interiors that feel modern and creative while still being warm and welcoming. My room was comfortable and beautifully presented a relaxing place to return to after a busy day exploring the city. The central location was another highlight, making it easy to head out for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and I really appreciated the care they put into making my stay enjoyable. That personal touch made a lasting impression. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they even made an effort to deliver a cake and flowers! It was truly remarkably memorable! Overall, a wonderful combination of style, comfort, and thoughtful service. I would happily recommend Fusion Original Saigon Centre to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city, and I would love to return. Thank you to the team for such a lovely experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and check-out was just as seamless. Our flight wasn't until 10 hours after check-out, and the team kindly allowed us to continue using the hotel's facilities, which was greatly appreciated. The two-bedroom suite was exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the entire suite was beautifully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary minibar and well-stocked pantry were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and accommodation exceeded our expectations, and this will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Ho Chi Minh City again.

One night, two adults, two kids, two-room suite — arrived late after our Da Nang flight was delayed, so first impressions were mostly “please let there be beds.” Our last stop for our VN holiday. Booking had a hiccup (my name, husband’s card — hotel admin/policy), but a few emails and a direct payment link sorted it before we landed. Room on the 23rd floor: clean, well-appointed, welcoming. Amenities, and small free mini bar a nice little touch (especially with two kids). Buffet breakfast was solid — decent spread, a la carte options too. Would probably get repetitive after a few days, but for one morning, no complaints. Late checkout: declined, fully booked. Consolation prize was pool access post-checkout and luggage storage, which softened the blow considerably. Location is inside Saigon Centre, so you can shop, eat, and never see sunlight if you choose. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Only regret: one night wasn’t enough. Would’ve happily stayed longer before our flight home. Reasonable price too — feels almost generous compared to what Australian hotels charge. We’d be happy to return.

The location is excellent, situated within Saigon Centre and conveniently within walking distance to Saigon Square, local shops, and various restaurants. It is an ideal spot for families and couples who wish to fully experience all that Vietnam has to offer. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively. We particularly appreciate the location and the hotel itself, making it our preferred choice. The staff consistently demonstrates kindness, friendliness, and a welcoming demeanor, and the service is commendable. The only minor point to mention is that the elevator can take a little longer during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year. The rooms are consistently clean, and the beds are always very comfortable.

We recently stayed at the Fusion Original Saigon Centre and overall had a really great experience. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, modern, and easily accessible. Being located right in the Saigon Centre means you have fantastic food options and a supermarket right downstairs at your doorstep. A really thoughtful touch was that the hotel provided a discount code for Grab rides, which was incredibly handy for getting around Ho Chi Minh City. Our room was also surprisingly large with plenty of space to comfortably lay out our suitcases and still have a nice seating area. However, we did run into a few minor annoyances during our stay. The bathroom could definitely use a bit more soundproofing, as privacy was a little lacking in that area. We also had some repetitive issues with housekeeping details. The room was only stocked with one roll of toilet paper at a time, and the staff repeatedly forgot to leave additional towels, meaning we had to keep calling down to ask for both. Additionally, we had a bit of a scare at check-out when the hotel tried to charge us an additional full-day rate, claiming we had brought jackfruit into the room. This was completely incorrect. Once we notified them, management was quick to inspect the room and removed the charge immediately. While they resolved it professionally, it was a bit of an annoying hassle to deal with right before leaving. Despite the minor housekeeping slip-ups and the fruit misunderstanding, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service outweigh the negatives. We would absolutely stay here again!

I had high expectations for this hotel as it was the final stay of my Vietnam trip and was meant to be the highlight of our accommodation. Unfortunately, it ended up being the most disappointing. The experience started at check-in. I was asked to present the physical card used to make the booking, which I didn’t have with me. While I understand this is stated in the Booking.com policy, I found it concerning that the refund process for the original payment would take 30–45 days. I had to request a refund to the original card and then pay again using another physical card I had with me. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam, and none required the physical card, so this felt unnecessarily inconvenient. I also had to remind the staff to send the refund confirmation email, which should have been done without prompting. Another disappointment was the lack of assistance with our luggage. Every other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam proactively offered to carry our bags, but here, despite being marketed as a five-star property, no help was offered at all. The biggest issue, however, was the room itself. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong musty, damp smell. We asked if something could be done, and staff brought in a dehumidifier for around 30 minutes, but it made no noticeable difference. The unpleasant smell remained throughout our stay, which is simply not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations. What was supposed to be the perfect ending to an amazing Vietnam trip turned into a frustrating experience. I’m now just hoping the refund is processed without any issues.

The Bed is very comfortable! Slept like a baby. Nice and comfy pillows too Room was beautifully and purposefully decorated. Ample of space. Gym facility can get better but having separated itself from a collaboration with the mall's gym (centurion fitness) that was temporarily closed i can emphatize.. Location very central so thats good. Overall a pleasant stay!
