Exceptional stay! It is truly a hidden gem where every detail is thoughtfully considered. From the moment you arrive, you feel that nothing here is accidental, everything is beautifully crafted and carefully curated. The fusion of architecture and design is stunning, creating a space that feels both luxurious and serene. Fresh flowers are elegantly placed throughout the hotel. Even the smallest details, like the robes and in-room touches, reflect a high level of care and intention. The dining and breakfast experience is absolutely incredible, enjoying fresh, high-quality ingredients while sitting by the river is something truly special. The atmosphere is calm, elevated, and effortlessly beautiful. The staff are exceptional: professional, warm, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. The spa experience is equally impressive, deeply relaxing and perfectly aligned with the hotel’s tranquil energy. One of the highlights is the boat trip into the city, such a pleasant and unique way to transition from the peaceful retreat of the hotel into the vibrant energy of Saigon. Overall, it is a rare combination of tranquility, design, and world-class service. A truly unforgettable stay.

Every visit to Mia Saigon is always a truly wonderful experience for our family. The warm hospitality and thoughtful service always make us feel so welcome, and this time, they went above and beyond to help us celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It became such a special and unforgettable memory for all of us. One of our favorite things about Mia Saigon is the breakfast buffet. We especially love the free-flow sparkling wine, as well as the wonderful selection of both authentic Vietnamese dishes and Western-style breakfast favorites. Everything is beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. I would also like to give a special thank you to Luna at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful when we experienced an issue with our mobile phone. She took the time to assist us with such genuine care and patience, and we truly appreciated her thoughtful support. Thank you so much, Luna, for going above and beyond to help us. Beyond the exceptional food and service, the hotel itself is simply stunning. Its elegant architecture, charming atmosphere, and timeless beauty make every visit feel special. Mia Saigon is truly one of those places where we can relax, enjoy ourselves, and create beautiful memories together. We always leave with happy hearts and look forward to returning again and again. Thank you to the entire team for making every stay so memorable. We cannot wait to come back!

We have stayed at Mia Saigon four or five times for staycations over the years and have also visited regularly for dinners and lunches. We have always enjoyed the beautiful setting and atmosphere, which is why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, this stay felt slightly different. The main issue was not one major incident, but an overall feeling that the hotel was lacking the warmth, energy and genuine customer care we had experienced in the past. We arrived at 2pm and asked whether an early check-in might be possible. We were aware that the official check-in time is 3pm. However, it was low season, the hotel appeared very quiet, and rooms were still available to book online. The response at reception felt surprisingly dismissive, with the staff member simply insisting that check-in was at 3pm. We were told to wait and that I would receive a phone message once our room was ready. At 3pm, we still hadn't received any message, so we went back to reception ourselves and were finally given the key. The whole interaction left a poor first impression. Rather than feeling welcomed as returning guests, we felt like there was very little interest in making our arrival pleasant. It seemed like we were encouraged to wait by the pool and order something while waiting, which unfortunately made the experience feel more transactional than hospitable. Our package also included two 30-minute neck massages, which I had booked in advance. When I arrived at the spa, the first question after checking my reservation was whether I wanted to extend the treatment to a longer one. After the check-in experience, this again gave me the feeling that the focus was on upselling rather than the guest experience. I declined. My partner also wanted to use the gym, particularly the StairMaster. The machine was visibly old and made strange noises while being used. For a hotel at this level, some of the gym equipment could definitely use an update or better maintenance. There are still many things we like about Mia Saigon. The riverside location is beautiful and some members of staff (esp. in the restaurant) were genuinely friendly and helpful. But as returning guests who know the hotel well, we could feel a difference this time. What was previously a place that felt warm, special and attentive felt much more transactional on this visit. It almost felt as though the hotel had stopped trying quite as hard, which is particularly disappointing because we know how good Mia Saigon can be.

Excellent hotel. Great location on the river. Complimentary water taxi/boat to/from the center of HCM. Superb service from friendly and well trained staff. Attention to detail and quality furnishings. There is no sauna/steam room at the spa which was a disappointment.

This hotel was one of my favorite ones that I have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean and the food is incredible. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. They also gave great recommendations. In particular, Vi and Alan were so helpful and responsive. It is not often that I will be in Ho Chi Minh City but when I am, I will absolutely stay at the MIA Saigon.

Located is district 2, nice resort feel vibe and away from the busy district one if you like the relaxing feel. Our third time back at this hotel, the breakfast is what keep us coming back. Variety of buffet choices and Ala carte menu with both western and Vietnamese food. Staffs are always friendly especially Benh from the breakfast restaurant, super attentive and always think ahead for our needs. Front desk Rokie and Nhi help us checked out smoothly and quickly as well. If you like time away from the usual busy Hcmc, this place is nice and very near to thao dien. During our stay the hotel kindly assist us to make reservations for all our dinning place and the horse riding school!

This is my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I’m so glad I chose this lovely hotel. The room is beautiful, and all of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rokie and Ms. May for making my check-in experience so smooth and for their exceptional hospitality. They made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. They’ve made the start of my Vietnam trip such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel!❤️❤️

This hotel is the very embodiment of luxury and impeccable taste. Every detail of the interior has been thoughtfully designed with an incredible attention to comfort, and the culinary experiences in the restaurant and bar deserve the highest praise. However, the true gem of this place is the service. The staff exemplifies the highest standard of hospitality, anticipating every wish and surrounding guests with sincere care. In Ho Chi Minh City, this hotel is simply unrivaled. The last time I experienced such an exceptional level of personalized attention was when I stayed at the One&Only and Four Seasons hotels in Dubai. A true example of a luxurious getaway and impeccable guest service!
