The Park Hyatt Saigon has been our go-to in the city for years now (business and private) and after at least 15 stays it almost feels like a second home. If you appreciate colonial architecture this is the place for you to take in a building that breathes history right in the heart of District 1. The location is simply unbeatable for anyone who wants to stroll around the Opera House or the surrounding streets without constantly worrying about the heavy Saigon traffic. While the suites follow a more classic and timeless design everything is exceptionally well maintained and perfectly thought through. We always look forward to the breakfast as the quality and the wide variety of options are consistently great. It is one of those places where you can truly escape the city noise and just enjoy the silent atmosphere by the pool. That being said as regulars we’ve started to notice some inconsistencies lately. The staff is generally very attentive but that specific proactive 5 Star magic we experienced during our first few years seems to have faded a bit. We still love the property for its unique character and the high standard it maintains but we hope the team finds back to that absolute service perfection. We will definitely return but are keeping a close eye on the service development.

This was my third stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon, and it has become my hotel of choice whenever I visit the city. There is a reason I keep returning. The hotel feels ultra-luxurious from the moment you arrive, while still offering a calm and relaxing escape in the heart of Saigon. The location is perfect for exploring the city. What stands out most is the staff. Everyone is genuinely welcoming, hospitable, and caring. Their warmth makes the hotel feel personal, not just luxurious, and it is a big part of why I keep coming back. As a Globalist, I also appreciated the recognition. I received an upgrade to a garden room and was given late checkout, both of which made this stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, and I looked forward to it each morning. After three visits, the Park Hyatt Saigon remains one of my favorite hotels. It is beautiful and refined, with wonderful service in an ideal location. I will happily return on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Saigon.

Historic hotel in a great location for a visit. Great staff, but hotel is showing its age and is in need of a renovation. They have an excellent hotel bar, well trained and friendly staff, and the lobby and salon area are beautiful, nice pool as well. Breakfast was good, overall dining was too. The hotel itself - hallways, rooms etc are in need of a refresh. The soundproofing isn’t good so you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways, and things just look a bit old/stale. Slightly dirty carpets in the hallways etc. Overall, I would stay again as it seems to be the best hotel in the city. That said it is not close to comparing to hotels like Capella and Sofitel we have stayed at in Hanoi.

Nice hotel.Pool area and snacks around the pool excellent and service .Rooms are clean and a decent size .Excellent staff and service all around .Breakfast was nice but we was expecting a little more variety from the buffet . A la carte was good but not excellent .

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Saigon. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved the elegant décor throughout the lobby, restaurants, and guest rooms. The classic design creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. I had a massage with Ngoc, who was excellent—professional, skilled, and made the experience incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff worked hard to accommodate guests despite the limited seating, and we appreciated their efforts. Throughout our stay, we experienced genuine hospitality from the front desk team, spa staff, and restaurant staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel welcome. There were just a couple of observations that kept this stay from being perfect. One of the bellmen appeared quite exhausted and wasn't very welcoming, which stood out compared to the otherwise warm service. We also noticed that English-speaking guests seemed to receive a bit more attention, and we hope all guests can enjoy the same consistently excellent level of service regardless of the language they speak. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. Park Hyatt Saigon is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, delicious dining, and many dedicated staff members who work hard to create a memorable guest experience.

What an incredible hotel! An absolute must stay and one I would highly recommend. The service was fabulous from start to finish and we genuinely could not fault it. The food was outstanding, particularly the breakfast, which was one of the best hotel buffets I have ever had. It was not just the variety that impressed us, but the exceptional quality of everything on offer. A special mention has to go to whoever leads the bakery team — the baked goods were superb. The egg chefs also deserve real praise, as they made the best omelette we have ever eaten, and we have eaten a lot of omelettes! A truly fantastic experience.

An exceptional hotel from start to finish. Park Hyatt Saigon has everything you could ask for in a luxury hotel: beautiful décor, an unbeatable location in District 1, excellent restaurants and bar, and impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. That level of hospitality made the stay truly memorable. The hotel is also perfectly located, making it easy to walk to many of Ho Chi Minh City’s best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels across many countries, and Park Hyatt Saigon is one of the finest I’ve experienced. An easy five stars.

Awesome stay – easily a top-tier choice in HCMC Stayed here for one night to burn my AMEX FHR credit, and the property absolutely did not disappoint. The location is perfect. It's directly in the city center, making it an easy walk to a ton of the main sightseeing spots. If you like to get a run in, it's also super close to some solid running routes and the waterfront, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and well-kept. The room setup was great—very welcoming and comfortable from the second I walked in. Food was amazing as well. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about during the stay. If I find myself back in Ho Chi Minh City, the Park Hyatt will definitely be the first place I look. Highly recommend.
