I stayed at the Pullman Hotel with my dear friend Nam for several days. What can I say? I haven't just enjoyed Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City in general, with its culture, people, and kindness, but I've particularly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman Hotel. Aside from the fabulousness of it all — the fancy rooms, amazing views, lounges with incredible food and cocktails, gym, spa, pool area, and so much more — whether it had been a three-star or a five-star hotel, what truly made my stay worthwhile at its core was the genuine kindness that every member of staff showed me. I know that in customer service, especially at a five-star hotel, smiling and being accommodating are part of the job, regardless of one's personal feelings towards a guest. However, I consider myself quite a perceptive person, and I could genuinely feel that the staff enjoyed my presence and truly cared about making me feel welcome and comfortable. I could sense that I was liked, and the feeling was mutual towards everybody! Starting with Vy, Ha My, Hoang My, and Thao, with whom I shared common goals in life; Tin, with whom I share a passion for Vinahouse music, which he caught me listening to; Hung, who surprised me by instantly remembering my name from the very first day and greeting me every time by calling me "Mr. Lynk"; and Toan, as well as anybody else I might have forgotten to mention, for which I sincerely apologise. I genuinely don't think there were any hiccups at all. My stay was fabulous, and I can only thank the team for the true passion and genuine kindness they showed me until the very last minute. They even made more than a few exceptions regarding check-out and other arrangements simply to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for everything! We will see each other again, that's for sure. Ho Chi Minh City and the Pullman Hotel staff will most definitely always hold a special place in my heart. 10/10. Love you guys! ❤️

Stay: August 23 – September 7, 2026 When choosing a hotel, the facilities and room condition are certainly important, but I believe what stays with you the longest is the warmth and genuine care of the people. ✨ During our stay from August 23 to September 7, there was a wonderful staff member at the breakfast restaurant named TU who always made us feel especially welcome. Every morning, TU remembered us, recognized us right away, and greeted us warmly with a genuine smile. What I appreciated most was that TU even remembered my coffee preference and naturally took care of it for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that went far beyond simply being “friendly.” ☕️ In the midst of everyday, routine service, being remembered and cared for as an individual makes all the difference. These small acts of kindness made our stay feel even more special, comfortable, and meaningful. Perhaps that’s why every visit feels so familiar and welcoming. A hotel becomes truly memorable when it is filled with people who offer genuine warmth and thoughtful care. Thank you, TU, for making our stay even more special and memorable. Already looking forward to our next stay.

I stayed at Pullman Saigon Centre from Sunday to Thursday during my recent visit to Ho Chi Minh City, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to get around the city and explore the major attractions. The property itself is modern, well maintained and has a very comfortable ambience. What stood out most was the service. The staff were courteous, professional and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall hospitality made the stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a few days' stay. I also particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with a good variety of options and quality food. The views of Ho Chi Minh City from the upper floors are quite impressive. Overall, Pullman Saigon Centre was a very good choice for my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. A combination of good location, comfortable rooms, attentive service and excellent facilities made the experience enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Saigon.

I recently stayed at Pullman Saigon Centre and it was a well-balanced mix of comfort, style, and convenience right in the heart of the city. The hotel has a modern, energetic vibe, and the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel that it caters well to both business and leisure travellers. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing, which made the arrival experience smooth and pleasant.The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a contemporary feel and good city views. I appreciated the comfortable bed, functional workspace, and well-equipped bathroom—everything felt well-maintained and practical for a short stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered a great spot to unwind in the evening while enjoying the skyline of Ho Chi Minh City. The location is also a strong plus, making it easy to get to nearby attractions, cafes, and local eateries.Overall, it was a comfortable and fuss-free stay that met expectations of an international hotel brand. The breakfast spread was decent with a mix of local and international options, though not particularly standout. What made the stay enjoyable was the consistency in service, the convenient location, and the overall quality of the facilities. I would definitely consider returning, especially for a short city stay where comfort and accessibility matter.

We had a fantastic stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. We were delighted to have our room upgraded to a Deluxe Corner Room since we are an accor ple member, which had a fantastic view of Ho Chi Minh City. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and made our stay even more memorable. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. My son is quite a picky eater, so we were pleasantly surprised to see how much he enjoyed the Vietnamese food! 😊 That definitely made our dining experience even more special. The staff were all very friendly, warm, and accommodating. A special mention to B. Kha, Vy, and Thi, who took such wonderful care of us during breakfast. Their friendliness and great service made our mornings even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! ❤️ Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Pullman Saigon Centre. Great room, fantastic views, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

We had an excellent stay at Pullman Saigon Centre, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Everyone was professional, attentive, friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you to: Trinh, Tài, Vy, Y. Ngân and M. Thư. Each of you went above and beyond with your kindness, attention to detail and outstanding service. Your effort did not go unnoticed, and you are a real credit to the Pullman team. A special mention to Tài, whose excellent English communication made a big difference during our stay and helped us greatly whenever we needed assistance. Beyond that, his hard work, professionalism, and strong attention to detail were outstanding. He was always attentive, proactive, and genuinely helpful, and his service went well beyond what we expected. The level of hospitality was exceptional and certainly beyond what we expected. Because of the wonderful service we received, we would be very happy to stay at Pullman Saigon Centre again and recommend it to others visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you again for making our stay such a positive experience.

Very pleasant stay. The staff working there are so helpful. They go out of their way to make your trip run smoothly. When I was waiting for my car to pick Me up at the airport the young gentleman named Hung I think asked for the number plate of the car so that he can alert me when it pulls up. My booking agency didn’t have a number plate and I was getting a bit worried about reaching the airport in time. Then he came over again and said “I found your driver”. He saved me missing my flight! Very good of him to go out of his way to help me. I didn’t even ask for help, he just inquired about who I was wager and sorted it all out on his own initiative. All the staff were good.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the facilities are well maintained. I especially enjoyed spending time at the pool and fitness center, both of which were clean and comfortable. I would like to give special thanks to Nhat and Trung for their outstanding service. They were both friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would be happy to return on my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
